May all Buddhas, the Bhagavatas, who abide and have passed away, give heed to me. In this life and in all my lives in samsara, which has no beginning and no end, in all places of rebirth, whatever sinful and unwholesome actions I have done, or caused others to do, or rejoiced in others doing; or stolen the property of stupas, or the property of the Sangha, or the property of the Sangha of the ten directions, or caused others to steal, or rejoiced in others stealing; or committed the five inexpiable sins, or caused others to commit them, or rejoiced in others committing them; or have engaged in, caused others to engage in, or rejoiced in engaging in the path of the ten unwholesome actions; whatever karmic obscurations have obscured me, causing me to die and be reborn in hell, or to be born in the animal realm, or to be born in the realm of the pretas, or to be born in a border region, or to be born as a barbarian, or to be born among the long-lived gods, or to be born with incomplete faculties, or to be born holding wrong views, or to be born not pleased with the appearance of Buddhas, all those karmic obscurations, before the Buddhas, the Bhagavatas, who have become wisdom, have become eyes, have become witnesses, have become measures, who see with knowledge, I confess and reveal them all. I dedicate completely to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Just as the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past have completely dedicated, just as the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the future will completely dedicate, just as the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who are now abiding, have made complete dedication, so too, I completely dedicate. All sins, I confess individually. To all merits, I rejoice. I urge and pray to all the Buddhas. May I attain the supreme and precious jewel of unsurpassed wisdom. To all the excellent humans, the Victorious Ones, who are now abiding, who have passed away, and who have not yet come, to all whose qualities are praised immeasurably like the ocean, I prostrate with folded hands and take refuge.
