འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ། འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ། ༈ འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ་བཞུགས་སོ། ། རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ཨཱརྻ་ཨཀྵི་རོ་ག་པྲ་ཤ་མ་ཎི་སཱུ་ཏྲ། བོད་སྐད་དུ། འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདི་སྐད་བདག་གིས་ཐོས་པ་དུས་གཅིག་ན། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ་ན། བྱ་རྒོད་ཕུང་པོའི་རི་ལ་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་ནས་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་ནག་པོ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ་ཀྱི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཆེན་པོ་འདིར། མིག་ནད་བྱུང་ན་དེ་དག་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱི། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ནག་པོ་མིག་ནད་ཀྱི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་འདི་དག་ཡོད་དེ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། རུ་དྷི་རེ་ཕུ་ར་དྷི་ར། ཨཀྵི་པུ། རུ་དྷ་རི་པི་ག་ལེ་ཕུ། བྷ་ཏེ་ཕུ༔ བ་དེལེཕུ༔ ཧ་ན་ཏེ་ཕུ༔ མཾ་ས་དུ་དྷུ་བྷི་ཕུ། པདྨ་ཨཀྵི་ཕུ། པདྨ་དཎྜ་ཧི་ར་ཎི་ཡེ་ཕུ༔། སྭཱ་ཧཱ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་བསྩལ་ནས། གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་ནག་པོ་ཡི་རངས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་མངོན་པར་བསྟོད་དོ། །ཆོ་ག་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྲད་བུ་དཀར་པོ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། མདུད་པ་བདུན་བོར་རོ། །ཆུ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་པ་བྱས་ལ་ལག་པས་བྱབས་ན། མིག་ནད་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཀྵ་ཡའི་ནད་སེལ་བའི་སྔགས། ན་མོ་ཧི་ཏུ་ཧེ་ཀེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ལུས་ལ་ནད་བྱུང་ན། ནད་ཁོང་སྐེམས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་ན། བསིལ་ཡབ་ཆུས་གཏོར་ཏེ། ལན་དྲུག་བཅུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བསྔགས་ནས། དེའི་ལུས་ལ་གཡབས་ན་ནད་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀྵ་ཡའི་ནད་སེལ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། འཕགས་པ་མིག་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་མདོ།

圣妙眼疾速除经。 圣妙眼疾速除经。 ༈ 圣妙眼疾速除经在此。印度语：阿雅·阿克希罗嘎·普拉夏玛尼·苏扎。藏语：圣妙眼疾速除经。顶礼一切佛与菩萨。如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵在王舍城（公元前6世纪中叶至公元4世纪中叶的古印度摩揭陀国首都，今比哈尔邦巴特那附近）的鹫峰山。此后，夜叉军 প্রধান 大将黑面者，前往薄伽梵处，抵达后，向薄伽梵禀告如下：薄伽梵，如果王舍城大城中出现眼疾，应如何治疗？薄伽梵开示道：黑面者，有此眼疾之咒语，即说曰：达地雅塔。རུ་དྷི་རེ་ཕུ་ར་དྷི་ར། （藏文）ཨཀྵི་པུ།（藏文） རུ་དྷ་རི་པི་ག་ལེ་ཕུ།（藏文） བྷ་ཏེ་ཕུ༔（藏文） བ་དེལེཕུ༔（藏文） ཧ་ན་ཏེ་ཕུ༔（藏文） མཾ་ས་དུ་དྷུ་བྷི་ཕུ།（藏文） པདྨ་ཨཀྵི་ཕུ།（藏文） པདྨ་དཎྜ་ཧི་ར་ཎི་ཡེ་ཕུ༔།（藏文） སྭཱ་ཧཱ།（藏文，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：善说）。薄伽梵如是开示后，夜叉军 প্রধান 大将黑面者心生欢喜，对薄伽梵所说深表赞叹。仪轨如下：于白色丝线上念诵七遍，结七个结。于水中念诵七遍，以手敷于眼上，眼疾即可平息。圣妙眼疾速除经圆满。། །顶礼三宝。治疗肺痨之咒：ན་མོ་ཧི་ཏུ་ཧེ་ཀེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།（藏文） 如果身体生病，被痨病侵袭，以冷水洒之，念诵六十一遍后，于其身上扇动，即可无病。治疗肺痨之陀罗尼圆满。། ། 圣妙眼疾速除经。

In Sanskrit: Ārya Akṣiroga Praśamaṇi Sūtra. In Tibetan: The Noble Sutra for the Rapid Pacification of Eye Diseases. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Thus have I heard, at one time, the Bhagavan was dwelling in Rājagṛha (ancient capital of the Magadha kingdom in India, from mid-6th century BCE to 4th century BCE, near Patna, Bihar today) on Vulture Peak Mountain. Then, the great Yaksha general, Black Face, went to where the Bhagavan was, and having arrived, he said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, if eye diseases arise in this great city of Rājagṛha, how should they be treated? The Bhagavan said: Black Face, there is this mantra for eye diseases, which is said thus: Tadyathā. rudhire phura dhira. akṣipu. rudhāri pigale phu. bhate phu. badale phu. hanate phu. maṃsa dudu bhi phu. padma akṣi phu. padma daṇḍa hiraṇiye phu. Svāhā. After the Bhagavan had spoken thus, the great Yaksha general, Black Face, rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavan had said. The ritual is as follows: Recite seven times over a white thread and tie seven knots. Recite seven times over water and wash the eyes with the hand, and the eye disease will be pacified. The Noble Sutra for the Rapid Pacification of Eye Diseases is complete. Homage to the Three Jewels. The mantra for curing consumption: namo hitu he ke svāhā. If a disease arises in the body, and it is afflicted by consumption, sprinkle it with cool water, and after reciting it sixty-one times, fan it over the body, and it will become free from disease.
