At that time, in a place called Stadusa, there was a Shakya named Deva who had great faith in the Buddha, great faith in the Dharma and the Sangha, took refuge in the Buddha, took refuge in the Dharma, took refuge in the Sangha, was single-mindedly devoted to the Buddha, single-mindedly devoted to the Dharma, single-mindedly devoted to the Sangha, had no doubts about the Buddha, and had no doubts about the Dharma, the Sangha, suffering, the origin of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the path. Purify all defilements. Tadyatha. Hili mili. Kili mili. Hili te. Huya huya huya. Mani. Hulu hulu hulu. Hudu hudu hudu. Cakṣur mukha viśodhaya svāhā (梵文天城体：चक्षुर्मुख विशोधय स्वाहा，cakṣur mukha viśodhaya svāhā，May the face of the eye be purified, svāhā). Ananda, this king of knowledge mantras, the purifier of the eye, eliminates the faults of the eye, the faults of wind, the faults of bile, the faults of phlegm, and the faults arising from aggregation. By the truth of discipline, the truth of asceticism, the truth of sages, the truth of dependent origination, the truth of suffering, the truth of the origin, the truth of cessation, the truth of the path, the truth of arhats, the truth of solitary Buddhas, and the truth of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, may there be no obstruction to the eye of Shakya Sugata! May there be no shedding of tears! May there be no universal shedding of tears! May the eyes of myself and all sentient beings be purified! Ananda, this queen of knowledge mantras, the purifier of the eye, was spoken by six perfectly enlightened Buddhas. I also declare it as such. The Four Great Kings, Indra, the lord of the gods, and Brahma, the lord of the Sahā world, also rejoice and praise it. Ananda, if this knowledge mantra is recited at the three times, then the dimness, dizziness, cataracts, or seeing blue eye disease, or the faults of the realm of the eye, those born from gods, those born from nagas, those born from gandharvas, those born from yakshas, those born from rakshasas, those born from corpses, those born from corpses and curses, those born from wanderers, or those born from wanderers and corpses, will be disturbed. Among the worlds of gods and humans, demons, Brahma, ascetics and brahmins, gods, humans, and asuras, I have not seen it, there is no such place. The venerable Ananda, having heard the words of the Bhagavat, said to the Bhagavat, "So it is, Bhagavat." 于是前往，如来将清净眼之秘密真言之基赐予你，每日三次忆念。如是详细说道。释迦德瓦听闻后，即刻眼得清净，眼清净后，以无垢之眼见一切。世尊如是说后，具寿阿难陀与释迦德瓦，以及天人世间皆欢喜，对世尊所说深表赞叹。《圣妙清净眼明咒》圆满。 《圣妙清净眼明咒》。

Then he went, and the Tathagata bestowed upon you the basis of the secret mantra for purifying the eyes, remember it three times a day. Thus he spoke in detail. As soon as Shakya Deva heard this, his eyes were immediately purified. With purified eyes, he saw everything with immaculate eyes. After the Blessed One had spoken thus, the venerable Ananda, Shakya Deva, and the world with the gods rejoiced and highly praised what the Blessed One had said.
