圣六字明咒。 圣六字明咒。 ༈ 印度语：Ārya ṣaṭakṣara vidyā。 藏语：圣六字明咒。 顶礼一切佛与菩萨。 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵住于舍卫城。 尔后，薄伽梵告 आयुष्मन् 阿难陀曰：阿难陀，此六字明咒，乃六圆满正觉佛、四大天王、二十八药叉大将所说。 阿难陀，汝当受持、读诵、精通此六字明咒之王。 怛儞也他。丹底列。甘底列。丹底弥底。玛度玛玛底。玛度玛底。嘎仁札爹。郭仁札札比底。郭夏比。擦札札。度度玛爹。给度玛底。租度那爹。古札丹爹。达如户热。欸尼给。户札巴户尼。 阿难陀，此乃六字明咒。 头痛、眼痛、耳痛、牙痛、鼻痛、舌痛、心痛、腹痛、背痛、肋痛、小便痛、臀部痛、足痛、肢节痛、小节痛、食不消化、膨胀、胎结、风病、胆病、痰病、合病、剧烈时疫、一日疫、二日疫、三日疫、四日疫、暂时疫、白日疫、夜晚疫侵扰。 以此六字明咒，作守护、救护、保护、扶助，令其寂静、安乐、断除罪过、断除兵器、消灭毒害、水所漂溺、线所缠缚等，若有违越，令其头如阿热札迦果实般裂为七瓣。 阿难陀，我于包括天、魔、梵天、沙门、婆罗门之世间，以及天、人、非天等众生前如是说。

The Noble Six-Syllable Vidya. The Noble Six-Syllable Vidya. ༈ In Sanskrit: Ārya ṣaṭakṣara vidyā. In Tibetan: The Noble Six-Syllable Vidya. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Thus have I heard. Once, the Bhagavan was dwelling in Shravasti. Then, the Bhagavan said to the venerable Ānanda: Ānanda, this six-syllable vidya is spoken by the six perfectly enlightened Buddhas, the four great kings, and the twenty-eight great yaksha generals. Ānanda, you should uphold, recite, and master this queen of the six-syllable vidya. Tadyathā. Danti le. Kanti le. Danti miti. Madhu mama mati. Madhu mati. Karinta te. Koranda dra viti. Kosha vi. Tsa ta ja. Dudu mate. Ketu mati. Tsudu na dhe. Kuta dante. Taru hure. En ni ge. Hutra bahu ni. Ānanda, this is the six-syllable vidya. Headache, eye pain, ear pain, toothache, nose pain, tongue pain, heart pain, stomach pain, back pain, rib pain, urinary pain, hip pain, foot pain, limb pain, joint pain, indigestion, bloating, fetal knot, wind disease, bile disease, phlegm disease, combined disease, severe epidemic, one-day fever, two-day fever, three-day fever, four-day fever, temporary fever, daytime fever, nighttime fever afflictions. With this six-syllable vidya, may there be protection, rescue, preservation, assistance, pacification, happiness, severance of sins, severance of weapons, destruction of poisons, drowning by water, entanglement by threads, etc. If there is any transgression, may their head split into seven pieces like the fruit of the Arjaka. Ānanda, I speak thus before the world including gods, demons, Brahma, shramanas, and brahmins, as well as beings including gods, humans, and asuras.

在……的世界中未曾见过。达雅塔。安达热。班达热。嘎啦扎。给玉热。部达扎嘿。部达扎嘿。部达扎扎给德。部达亚斯玛亚尼。扎雅瓦德。德匝瓦德。亚修瓦德。给热尼尼。愿我从一切恐惧和一切损害中获得安乐，梭哈。世尊如是宣说后，具寿阿难陀以及天、人、阿修罗、乾闼婆等世间皆大欢喜，对世尊所说深表赞叹。《圣六字明咒》至此圆满。

May I be well and auspicious from all fears and all harms, Svaha. After the Bhagavan spoke thus, the venerable Ananda and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced and highly praised what the Bhagavan had said. Thus concludes the Knowledge Mantra called 'The Noble Six Syllables'.
