In Sanskrit: Ārya Sarva Karma Āvaraṇa Viśodhani Nāma Dhāraṇi. In Tibetan: The Dharani called "The Noble One, Completely Purifying All Karmic Obscurations." Homage to the Bhagavan Akshobhya. Namo Ratna Trayāya. Om Kam Kani Kam Kani. Rocani Rocani. Trotani Trotani. Trāsani Trāsani. Pratihana Pratihana. Sarva Karma Param Pariṇi Me Svāhā. The ritual for this dharani mantra is as follows: If recited regularly, all transmissions from one karma to another will be completely purified. If recited at the three times, even the five inexpiable sins will be purified. If recited once, bad omens and inauspicious events will disappear. If carried on the body, or written on a book and worn around the neck, untimely deaths will never occur. If someone is motivated by compassion, whether for wild animals, birds, humans, or non-humans, and recites it in the ear of the dying, they will not go to the lower realms. Or, if someone has died and passed away from the time of death, recite the name of the deceased, and therefore, with love and compassion, recite it a hundred, a thousand, or a hundred thousand times, even if that being has already been born in hell, they will be liberated immediately. Recite over earth, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, or any water, and then sprinkle it on the corpse of the deceased, or recite it below after bathing, or place it inside a stupa, and write the vidya-mantra and wear it on the head, even if that person has been born in the lower realms, they will be liberated within seven days without being devoured by demons, and will be born in the happy realms of the higher worlds, or will be born according to their own aspirations. If someone bathes and keeps clean on the full moon day, changes clothes at the three times and does not eat food, or eats white food, and recites it a hundred thousand times with the name associated with the relics and stupa, that person will be liberated from the lower realms, be born among the gods of the pure realms, and come to the practitioner to make offerings.

也显现身形，并给予“善哉”之语，绕三圈后便隐没不见。将他的名字写下，念诵陀罗尼咒语，建造十万座佛塔，用伞盖、胜幢以及幡幢等物好好供养，然后投入大海或者河流中，这样就能使众生从地狱等处解脱。或者像那样供养后，最后在道路的十字路口建造一座大佛塔，用伞盖、胜幢以及幡幢等物好好供养，也向圣僧供斋饭，并供养财物，好好供养后，祈愿成为某某的善根。仅仅以此就能转生到善趣高处的世间。如果也这样说，就会像那样转生，显现身形，并给予“善哉”之语，然后隐没不见。造作五无间罪，或者舍弃正法，或者诽谤圣者，无论哪种情况，临终时在墙壁上写下此陀罗尼咒语，如果见到，他的所有业障都将耗尽，更何况是念诵和持诵呢？如来也会亲自降临，并这样说：“善男子，到我这里来！”。《圣者一切业障清净陀罗尼》完毕。 《圣者一切业障清净》。

By this alone, may he be born in the world of good realms and high places. If you also say this, he will be born in that way, showing his body, and giving the word "Good!", and then disappear. Whether one has committed the five heinous crimes, or abandoned the sacred Dharma, or slandered the noble ones, in any case, if one sees this dharani mantra written on the wall at the time of death, all his karmic obscurations will be exhausted, what need is there to mention reciting and chanting it? The Tathagata himself will also come and say, "Son of good family, come to me!" Thus completes the Dharani called "The Noble One Who Completely Purifies All Karmic Obscurations."
