圣观自在菩萨陀罗尼。 圣观自在菩萨陀罗尼。 ༄༅། །圣观自在菩萨陀罗尼名曰。 印度语：ཨཱརྻ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཤྭ་ར་ནཱ་མ་དྷ་ར་ཎི། (梵文天城体：आर्यावलोकितेश्वरनामधारणि，梵文罗马拟音：āryāvalokiteśvaranāmadhāraṇi，汉语字面意思：圣观自在菩萨名陀罗尼)。 藏语：圣观自在菩萨陀罗尼名曰。 向圣观自在菩萨大悲者敬礼！ 圣观自在菩萨，从慈爱的状态中，以悲心的力量，生起殊胜的菩提心。 在莲花、太阳和月亮的座垫上，从啥(ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥)字的放出和收摄中，一面四臂。 前面两手合掌，右下方手持白色珍珠念珠，左下方手持白色莲花。 身色白色，双足跏趺坐。 以各种珍宝饰品和珍宝头饰庄严。 母亲是度母六女，父亲由珍宝所依。 菩萨和菩萨母等众多眷属围绕，如是说。 种姓之子或种姓之女，此咒语仅念诵一遍，或忆念并作意，或书写后佩戴在身上，或信奉并恭敬，则五无间罪及与之相近的一切罪业得以清净。 不会转生于三恶道和八无暇处，以及痛苦之中。 从人和非人以及一切猛兽的怖畏中解脱。 将从一切疾病和魔障中解脱。 嗡嘛呢呗美吽(ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ओ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 呗美 吽)。 如此念诵，将能见到圣观自在菩萨的容颜，命终之后也将往生极乐世界，对此不要怀疑、犹豫、三心二意！ 圣观自在菩萨陀罗尼圆满。 །། 圣观自在菩萨陀罗尼。

The Dharani of Holy Avalokiteshvara. The Dharani of Holy Avalokiteshvara. ༄༅། །The Dharani of Holy Avalokiteshvara, so called. In Sanskrit: Ārya Avalokiteśvara Nāma Dhāraṇi. In Tibetan: The Dharani of Holy Avalokiteshvara, so called. Homage to the Holy Avalokiteshvara, who possesses great compassion! Holy Avalokiteshvara, from a state of loving-kindness, through the power of compassion, generates the supreme Bodhicitta. On a seat of lotus, sun, and moon, from the emanation and gathering of Hrīḥ, with one face and four arms. The first two hands are joined in prayer, the lower right hand holds a white pearl rosary, the lower left hand holds a white lotus. The body is white in color, seated in the full lotus posture. Adorned with various precious ornaments and a precious crown. The mother is the goddess Six Daughters, and the father relies on a precious jewel. Surrounded by a multitude of Bodhisattvas and Bodhisattva mothers, he speaks thus: Son or daughter of good family, if this mantra is recited just once, or remembered and contemplated, or written and worn on the body, or revered and respected, then all the karmas of the five heinous crimes and those close to them will be purified. One will not be born in the three lower realms, the eight unfavorable conditions, or in suffering. One will be liberated from all fears of humans, non-humans, and wild animals. One will be freed from all diseases and demonic influences. By reciting Om Mani Padme Hum (ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ओ मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Mani Padme Hum), one will be able to see the face of the Holy Avalokiteshvara, and after death, one will be born in Sukhavati.
