从众怖畏扰乱中，忆念这些名号，能从一切怖畏中解脱，能从非时死亡中解脱，能获得美名，人若有意义地出生，仅凭此一功德，无论谁先起身，无论谁宣说，他都将长寿，人将因荣耀而喜悦，天、龙、夜叉，乾闼婆和身臭者，鬼、杀戮者、罗刹，母鬼、心怀粗暴者，夜叉女和饿鬼，疯狂者和巨大邪魔们，鬼压床和遗忘者，食肉者等等，僵尸等等各种，唆使者、怀恨他人者，连影子也无法侵扰。如何再次供养，嗔恨的众生将被束缚，不会被疾病等侵袭，拥有财富、受用和功德，儿子和孙子将增多，有智慧者将忆起前世，具有种姓且令人喜悦，具有威严且言辞清晰，将通晓一切论典，正确依止善知识，以菩提心庄严，无论谁在何处出生，都将永远不被佛陀舍弃。吉祥具德圣观自在所说。圣救度母一百零八名终。

From the tumult of assembled fears, by remembering these names, one is liberated from all fears, one is liberated from untimely death, one obtains a good reputation, a person's birth is meaningful, by the merit of this alone, whoever rises first, whoever proclaims it, that one will have a long life, a person will rejoice with glory, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas and those with foul bodies, bhutas, executioners, rakshasas, matrikas with coarse minds, yaksha women and pretas, madmen and great demons, incubi and those who cause forgetfulness, flesh-eaters and so forth, corpses and so forth of various kinds, instigators, those who hate others, even shadows will not overcome. How will one worship again? Hateful beings will be bound, one will not be afflicted by diseases and so forth, one will possess wealth, enjoyment, and qualities, sons and grandsons will increase, the wise will remember their births, one will be endowed with lineage and be pleasing to see, one will be endowed with splendor and have clear speech, one will understand all treatises, one will properly rely on a virtuous teacher, adorned with bodhicitta, wherever those who are born, will never be abandoned by the Buddhas. Spoken by the glorious and noble Avalokiteshvara. The 108 names of the Holy Tara are complete.
