无造作，无动摇，无二，非无二，寂静，断绝心之趣入，无对治，无染污，如虚空之路，非言说为有，非言说为无，寂静，梦之自性，如幻之法性，如旋转的火轮般，一切法皆为一味。何人念诵般若波罗蜜多一百零八名，彼将从一切恶趣中解脱。一切佛皆会忆念。一切菩萨亦将恒常不断地守护、救护、隐藏。亦应恒常不断地忆念其秘密咒语之词。于般若波罗蜜多薄伽梵母具足慈爱、无量功德，顶礼一切如来之智慧所知一切相，诸佛与菩萨所行持者。即说曰：嗡 般若 般若（藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲཛྙཱེ་པྲཛྙཱེ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ प्रज्ञे प्रज्ञे，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ prajñe prajñe，汉语字面意思：嗡，智慧，智慧！），大般若，般若，显现，般若，观照者，智慧之语者，成就，妙成就，白心薄伽梵母，一切去者之持者薄伽梵母，瓦达萨利，普拉萨利哈达赛，萨玛夏萨卡日，谛叉谛叉，康巴康巴，匝拉匝拉，拉瓦拉瓦，嘎日匝嘎日匝，阿嘎恰阿嘎恰薄伽梵母，玛纳玛维兰巴 梭哈。若受持此般若波罗蜜多，则成为受持十万般若波罗蜜多。若恒常念诵，则彼之一切业障皆得清净。彼从彼处死殁之后，亦能忆念前世，且心调柔，智慧无与伦比。将受持三世一切如来之所有法。亦将完全受持一切秘密咒与明咒。从此死殁之后，亦能忆念前世，且心调柔，成为大智慧者。《圣般若波罗蜜多一百零八名》圆满。

Without creation, without movement, without duality, not without duality, peaceful, abandoning the entry of mind, without antidote, without defilement, like the path of the sky, not speaking of existence, not speaking of non-existence, peaceful, the nature of dreams, the dharma nature like illusion, like a whirling firebrand, all dharmas are of one taste. Whoever recites the one hundred and eight names of the Prajnaparamita, will be completely liberated from all the evil destinies. All Buddhas will remember. All Bodhisattvas will also constantly and continuously protect, save, and conceal. One should also constantly and continuously remember these secret mantra words. Homage to the Bhagavati Mother Prajnaparamita, who possesses love and immeasurable qualities, who is the all-knowing of all aspects by the wisdom of all the Tathagatas, and who is practiced by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Namely: Om Prajne Prajne (藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲཛྙཱེ་པྲཛྙཱེ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ प्रज्ञे प्रज्ञे，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ prajñe prajñe，汉语字面意思：Om, Wisdom, Wisdom!), Maha Prajne, Prajne Avabhase, Prajne Avaloka Kari, Ajnana Vadi Mani, Siddhi Su Siddhi, Sita Mana Bhagavati, Sarva Ga Sundari Bhagavati, Vata Sali, Prasari Hata Se, Sama Shasa Kari, Tishtha Tishtha, Kamba Kamba, Chala Chala, Rava Rava, Gardza Gardza, Agatscha Agatscha Bhagavati, Mana Ma Vilamba Svaha.
