Examining through the door of deceitful faults involves knowing characteristics, uncovering secrets, prolonging time; previous and subsequent decisions and losing essence; gagging, shifting blame, demons, and placing under tactics. First, knowing the characteristics is to understand the general and specific signs of all diseases, so that one can discern the outcome from the slightest indication. Therefore, it is crucial to be familiar and accustomed to this. Just as knowing the good and bad of gems and the like is not solely based on treatises, but also not without them. Uncovering secrets is for relating the messenger to the method. By investigating when, how, what was sent, who it is, and the number of days it lasted, one can clearly understand the one who does not speak. Prolonging time is not rushing, but staying for a moment. During that time, body and speech are not distracted, and words are carefully analyzed. Investigate what previous decisions were made, bloodletting, burning, medicine preparation, etc. Just by discovering, one can understand the similarities of hot and cold." , "english_translation": "If the essence is lost and the one who does not speak cannot be understood, in order to reveal, do not do bad things, and demons must be treated. If it is said that preparing a certain medicine will be beneficial, speak vaguely. If nature cannot overcome it, say what should be done here. The so-called gagging refers to when some people meet, controlling them by speaking. If the doctor knows what it is, there is no need to explain. If it is clearly stated, people will be surprised. If shifting blame is understood through methods, then the pulse, urine, and condition of others must be examined in detail. Impute the blame to others, saying, \"It's not me.\" Just a glance is said to be enough. Or, through careful examination, one is called skilled in diagnosis. Placing under tactics, everyone remains silent. Impute blame in some way, and then flee to the fortress. First, improper diet is caused by demons. Rotten, sour, violent, and raw foods are said to be harmful. The antidote is to provide a balance that is neither beneficial nor harmful. Fleeing to the fortress is the name of diseases and medicines. Say something strange that has never been heard or understood before. Even if it is still not understood, it will show the difference of an expert. Thus it is said.
