第一章，讲述论述部的总结。 第一章，讲述论述部的总结。 此后，导师薄伽梵（藏文：བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས།，梵文天城体：bhagavat，梵文罗马拟音：bhagavat，具 भगवत्，具 भगवत्，有者）疗病药师琉璃光王，从彼禅定中起身，入于名为语狮子的医药禅定。入定后，从头顶涌出百千种光芒，照耀十方，消除十方众生身之过患。平息一切隆、赤巴、培根之疾病，复又汇聚于头顶。化现导师名曰智见仙人，安住于前方虚空。语化仙人名曰意生，向导师顶礼绕拜，请问道： 导师智见仙人，您已如是宣说了总义根本部，当如何修学论述部？疗病药王请您开示。如是请问后，身化仙人智见如是说道： 大仙意生，第二，修学论述部，乃是为了六道众生之首——人身，为了人不住于疾病、治愈疾病，为了长寿、佛法、财富、安乐。总而言之，医方明的要义可归纳为：所治、能治、如何治疗，以及治疗者四种。第一，阐述所要治疗的对象。为何而治？为了身体。治什么？治疗由身体所生的疾病。治疗疾病的对治法是：行为、饮食、药物和外治法。如何以对治法治疗疾病？使无病者安住并长寿，以及治疗已变异的疾病。对此，有辨识诊断之方法，以及认识之后的治疗方法，即治疗之方式，以及用何物治疗的治疗之手段，分为三种。如是行医之医师，有四根本和十一支分。这些是论述部的总结。如是说。窍诀精华八支论之论述部总结第一章。

Chapter One: Showing the Summary of the Explanatory Tantra Chapter One: Showing the Summary of the Explanatory Tantra Thereafter, the Teacher, the Bhagavan, the Healing Medicine Master, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, arose from that samadhi and entered into the medicinal samadhi called the Lion of Speech. Immediately upon entering samadhi, hundreds of thousands of rays of light of various colors emanated from the crown of his head, shining in the ten directions, eliminating the faults of disease in the bodies of all sentient beings in the ten directions. Having pacified all diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm, they again gathered at the crown of his head. A manifestation of the Teacher, called the Sage of Wisdom and Knowledge, emanated from his body and remained in the space in front of him. Then, the sage Mind-Born, who emanated from his speech, prostrated and circumambulated the Teacher and asked: O Teacher, Sage of Wisdom and Knowledge! Since you have spoken of the condensed meaning of the Root Tantra in that way, how should we study the Explanatory Tantra? O Healing King of Physicians, please bestow your command. After he asked in this way, the sage of wisdom and knowledge who emanated from his body spoke as follows: O Great Sage Mind-Born, the second, the study of the Explanatory Tantra, is for the sake of the human body, which is the chief of the six realms, so that humans may not be ill, may heal from illness, and may accomplish longevity, Dharma, wealth, and happiness. In short, the meanings of the science of healing can be summarized as: what is to be healed, what heals, how to heal, and the healer, in four aspects. First, showing the object to be healed. For what purpose is healing? For the body. What is healed? The diseases that arise from it. The antidotes that heal diseases are: conduct, diet, medicine, and therapies. How are diseases healed by these antidotes? To maintain health and prolong life, and to heal transformed illnesses. For this, there are methods of identification and examination, and methods of healing after understanding, that is, the manner of healing, and the means of healing with what, divided into three. Thus, the physician who heals has four roots and eleven branches. These are the summary of the Explanatory Tantra. Thus he spoke. The first chapter, showing the summary of the Explanatory Tantra from the Secret Oral Instruction Tantra, the Essence of Nectar, the Eight-Branched.
