擦蒙巴·索南坚赞大师教言集JTSZ43《青莲之鬘》。 青莲之鬘。 青莲之鬘。 嗡，愿吉祥！于千瓣莲花盛开之殿堂中，在新月光辉照耀的水晶中央，住着拥有五束发辫的音声天女，我向那摇曳着绚丽服饰的她致敬。 在这功德的夏季，美名传扬，在圆满的云之宫殿顶端回响。善缘者的妙语如甘霖般降下，使聪慧莲花的雄蕊得以绽放。 于自身与他人的广阔珍宝库中，凭借具备智慧之舟的船长，从不同种族中获取珍宝财富，从贫困中拯救那些缺乏生活技能的众生。 他自在地享受着戒律的甘露，不因深广见地的重担而疲倦，拥有纯洁行为装饰的项链，在众多智者中无所畏惧。 在充满争论的莲花盛开的海洋中，我如博学的雄狮，是信心的宝库之主。我引导着心中纯净的河流，三怙主（观音、文殊、金刚手）的权能之王是我的顶严。 在五处（五蕴）的天空中，我的智慧如明月般闪耀，散布着深奥意义的光网，在证悟的星辰中央熠熠生辉，是寂静处莲花盛开的唯一友人。 我如羽翼丰满的鹦鹉，拥有金色华服和忍辱的羽毛，高歌着动听的诗歌，在渴望解脱的莲花湖上飞翔。 凭借前世业力的风，我被善巧地引导，拥有卓越功德的光芒。当我出现在需要调伏的众生之地时，嫉妒的黑暗瞬间消散。 大多数导师都像贫穷的窃贼，只利用所学所思的一部分。他们偷偷地窃取他人的教理和逻辑，在邪见的黑暗中游荡。 他拥有黄金般珍贵的教理之轮，具备洞察一切知识的千眼，是庄严四大部洲的装饰，在讲辩著的权威中闪耀。 他安住于渴望竞争的黑暗殿堂中，将不悦耳之声当作美妙的音乐来传播，如同怪异的鸟。那些卓越的智者如同落日般令人欣喜。 在这末法时代，有许多双生的鸟儿（指自私自利的人），绘制着利他之心的光环。

In the lotus-filled palace where a thousand petals bloom, in the crystal center where the young moon's rays shine, dwells the goddess of sound with five braids of hair, I bow to her who sways with radiant garments. In this summer of merit, fame resounds, echoing at the peak of the magnificent cloud palace. The auspicious words of the fortunate ones fall like rain, causing the pistils of the clear-minded lotuses to flourish. In the vast treasury of self and others' teachings, with a captain possessing a boat of wisdom, taking the wealth of different kinds of treasures, saving beings who lack the skills of life from poverty. He freely enjoys the nectar of discipline, is not wearied by the burden of profound and vast views, possesses a necklace adorned with pure conduct, and is fearless among many scholars. In the ocean where lotuses of contention bloom, I am like a learned lion, the lord of the treasure of faith. I guide the pure river of my heart, the king of the power of the Three Protectors (Avalokiteśvara, Mañjuśrī, Vajrapāṇi) is my crown. In the sky of the five abodes (five skandhas), my wisdom shines like the moon, spreading a web of profound meaning, shining brightly in the center of the stars of realization, the sole friend of the blooming lotuses in solitary places. I am like a parrot with fully developed wings, possessing golden robes and the plumage of patience, raising the distant song of poetic voice, flying and soaring in the lotus lake of those who desire liberation. Guided skillfully by the wind of past karma, I possess the radiant rays of excellent qualities. When I appear in the land of beings to be tamed, the assembly of the darkness of jealousy is instantly dispelled. Most teachers are like poor thieves, using only a portion of what they have heard and thought. They secretly steal the doctrines and logic of others, wandering in the darkness of wrong views. He possesses the glory of the golden wheel of doctrine, has a thousand eyes that see all knowledge, is the ornament that adorns the four continents, and shines in the center of the authority of teaching, debating, and writing. He dwells well in the dark palace of those who desire to compete, spreading unpleasant sounds as if they were beautiful music, like a strange bird. Those excellent scholars are as delightful as the setting sun. 坛城圆满。 拥有给予他人利益和快乐之光芒。 纯洁的心灵之主，智慧显现之时， 那些人双眼如天空中的莲花一般，以全知之眼观视。 超越殊胜之道境，洞察一切。 黑白分明，以清晰之智，洞悉万物。 于欲妙功德圆满之中， 专注于贪恋之金眼六翼者。 以寂静之姿，守护善良之羽翼。 如歌唱之天鹅，鸣奏美妙之音。 于博闻之身，智慧之翼得以广阔。 以青绿之羽，顺时针盘旋。 以双语歌唱之演说家， 竞争飞翔，游动，真是奇妙啊！ 在这末世，我这幸运的乌达拉（梵文：Utpala，汉语：青莲花）之主， 诞生于良师益友的珍宝库藏之中。 卓越智慧之花蕊， 非邪念六足之众所能染指。 如是赞颂之诗词珍宝之串， 略以诗句之线串联， 如悦人之少女，美丽之装饰。 由雪域之妙音天女（梵文：Sarasvati，汉语：辩才天女）所献。 此名为《青莲花鬘》之诗，乃多闻功德贤（Mangthos Sonam Zangpo）所作。 《青莲花鬘》终。

With clarity, distinguishing black from white, they know all. In the midst of the perfection of desirable qualities, Focus on the golden-eyed, six-winged one of craving. With a peaceful demeanor, protect the good wings. Like swans singing, proclaiming beautiful sounds. On the body of learning, the wings of wisdom expand widely. With bluish-green feathers, circling clockwise. A speaker singing in two languages, Competing to fly, soaring, swimming, how wonderful! In this degenerate age, I, the fortunate lord of Utpala (青莲花), Am born from the treasury of precious jewels of virtuous friends. The beautiful stamen of excellent wisdom, Is not an object for the assembly of six-legged evil thoughts. Thus, this garland of praised poetic jewels, Slightly strung together with threads of verses, Like a delightful young maiden, a beautiful ornament.
