《Instructions of Master Tsamomba Sonam Zangpo》JTSZ29, composed by Jawar Sonam Zangpo. Homage to the Lord of Yoga, Shavari! This is the answer to the one who holds the three sets of five vows, requested by a mediocre practitioner. I prostrate to the lotus feet of the venerable Father! These verses are profound in meaning and rich in fruit. If a person is controlled by the three poisons, foolish as a bear, and does not recognize the three doors as the Guru, it is difficult to receive blessings. Meditate on the three poisons as the Guru! In the completion stage of the six yogas, various bindus manifest, and Natha also shows the face of the Buddha. You are the glory of all beings in the three realms, not wasting the Dharma, diligently practicing, the crown jewel of wise ones, accomplished ones, and princes, who can make the Buddha manifest. Approaching you increases respect, the body is the great Buddha, the deities of the twenty-five sacred sites reside here, in the palace of the four chakras, the Guru, Yidam are all light, and the fierce Tumo who burns away conceptual thoughts also resides here. The body is without bondage, the nature of speech is the sound of the six-syllable mantra, speech is seen as the form of emptiness, skilled in speaking the unspeakable truth, all words dissolve into their own nature. The mind is the union of illusion and light, vowing to practice in this way. However, clinging to causes gives rise to great clouds of conceptual thoughts, like obscuring the sky of light. I realize the luminosity of the mind without vows. If you cling to what is to be protected and the protector, you cannot purely keep the precepts. May I give away life without hesitation, transforming all appearances into benefiting others. Because I have not found the means of good and bad, there is no need to view all dharmas as emptiness, one should view the mind's nature as inherently luminous, self-awakening. The mind is free from vows, which is without vows. Devotion to the Guru is never interrupted, seeing all appearances as the Guru. I have no piercing pain, if you know that the mind is the Buddha, you will suffer threefold pain, there is no need to nail it with the spike of remembrance. You are a yogi who understands all dharmas, transforming sensual pleasures into the path, there is no need to nail it with the spike of renunciation. In the self-nature of realization, meet the Dharmakaya. Since the three poisons have been viewed as the five wisdoms, there is no need to guard the eight worldly dharmas, although abandoned, there is nothing to abandon. In the pure land of hundreds of thousands of appearances, recognize the self-nature, and liberate the bondage of clinging. Acting freely, there is no fault of practice, and one can clearly see the faults of wrong views. The venerable Guru is the Vajradhara of the three times. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
