Here, having gathered the smoke offering substances for the Protector and retinue, the invocation of the Protector is as follows: Hum! From the great charnel ground in the southeast, In the lush and dense pure land, On the tip of the sandalwood tree, I invite the blessed Protector with retinue. All the lineage Lamas, All the deities of the tantric systems, The heroes, heroines, and hosts of dakinis, Together with their retinues, please heed me. As I invite you to this place of offering, Please come to this place with your retinues. Please be seated on the joyful seat. Ehyahi Argham Svaha. Kamalaya Tvam. Hum! Incense. Propagation. To Pleiades, Rohini, and others, to the twenty-eight constellation goddesses, offering. Incense. Propagation. To Gangezangpo, Norzang, and others, to the nine great shipmasters, offering. Incense. Propagation. To Yulkhor Sungwa and others, to the four great kings, offering. Incense. Propagation. To the black, terrifying, and fierce hosts, to the Damchen ocean and its retinue, offering. Incense. Propagation. To the heroes and heroines residing in lands, places, and charnel grounds, to the dakinis and dharma protectors and their retinues, offering. Incense. Propagation. With the offering of incense and essence, may we yogis and our retinues, wherever we go, wherever we dwell, wherever we abide, be given assistance that is in accordance with the Dharma. To the earth lords, place lords, wealth lords, and all the white-sided dharma protectors, we offer incense and peaceful, supreme things, may all our wishes be fulfilled. May all the enemies who hate and the obstructing demons who harm us yogis and our retinues be averted and transformed, and may the entrusted tasks be accomplished.
