颇瓦嘿嘎九法。 颇瓦嘿嘎九法。 颇瓦嘿嘎九法正文。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི།，梵文天城体： ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。 以皈依发心为先导，自身并非血肉之躯，观想自身为时轮金刚本尊，蓝色，如空心囊，清澈如蓝色水晶。 中脉如箭杆般粗细，位于身体中央，如命树般存在。 下端插入脐下四指处，上端插入头顶梵穴。 头顶观想白色ཧཾ（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：），头朝下。 前额观想白色ཨོཾ（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体： ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），头朝下。 喉咙观想红色ཨཱཿ（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），头朝下。 心间观想蓝色ཧཱུཾ（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），头朝上。 脐间观想黄色སྭཱ（藏文：སྭཱ，梵文天城体：स्वा，梵文罗马拟音：svā，汉语字面意思：斯瓦），头朝上。 观想中脉下端的红色ཨ་（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字，具有智慧之火燃烧的形状。 最后，收缩肛门，念诵“嘿嘎”时，因火风的推动，ཨཱཿ字燃烧，从中脉向上升起。 再次念诵“嘿嘎”，因吸气的推动，脐间的黄色སྭཱ字受到冲击，变成黄色明点。 再次念诵“嘿嘎”，因冲击心间的ཧཱུཾ字，变成黑色明点。 与之前的黄色明点融为一体，变成黄黑色。 再次念诵“嘿嘎”，因上行气向下压，冲击头顶的白色ཧཾ字，ཧཾ字融化成白色明点的形状。 再次念诵“嘿嘎”，因气息向下压的缘故，与前额的ཨོཾ字融合，变成白色明点。 再次念诵“嘿嘎”，因气息向下压，冲击喉咙的ཨཱཿ字，与之前的白色明点融为一体，变成白红色明点。 再次念诵“嘿嘎”，因气息向下压的缘故，红色明点融入心间的黄黑色明点，观想成豌豆或芥菜籽大小的杂色明点。 最后，念诵三遍“嘿嘎”，从中脉向上升起，在距离头顶十六指高的上方虚空中，将法身之上师时轮金刚融入心间，毫不犹豫，毫无怀疑地迁识。 顶门广阔乃解脱之门， 皈依处无欺之金刚持， 以出离之强烈渴望而祈祷， 上师之心。

With refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, visualize oneself not as a body of flesh and blood, but as the innate Kalachakra deity, blue in color, like an empty bladder, clear as blue crystal. The central channel, as thick as a medium-sized arrow shaft, exists in the center of the body like a life-tree. Its lower end is inserted four fingers below the navel, and its upper end is inserted into the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. At the crown of the head, visualize a white Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: ), head facing down. At the forehead, visualize a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om), head facing down. At the throat, visualize a red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah), head facing down. At the heart, visualize a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum), head facing up. Finally, contract the anus, and when saying "Hika," due to the drawing of fire-wind, the letter Āḥ blazes with fire and rises up from within the central channel. Again, saying "Hika," due to the drawing of air, the yellow letter Svā at the navel is struck, and it becomes a yellow bindu. Again, saying "Hika," due to striking the letter Hūṃ at the heart, it becomes a black bindu. It mixes with the previous yellow bindu, becoming yellow-black. Again, saying "Hika," due to pressing down the upper air, the white Haṃ at the crown of the head is struck, and the letter Haṃ dissolves into the form of a white bindu. Again, saying "Hika," due to the pressing down of air, it merges with the Om at the forehead, becoming a white bindu. Again, saying "Hika," due to pressing down the air, the Āḥ at the throat is struck, and it merges with the previous white bindu, becoming a white-red bindu. Again, saying "Hika," due to the pressing down of air, that red bindu dissolves into the yellow-black bindu at the heart, visualizing a variegated bindu the size of a pea or a mustard seed. Finally, with three "Hika"s, it rises up from within the central channel, and in the sky above the crown of the head, measured sixteen fingers, the Dharmakaya guru Kalachakra is transferred to the heart without doubt or hesitation. At the crown of the head, the great gate of liberation is wide open, The refuge, the infallible Vajradhara, With intense longing for renunciation, I pray, The heart of the guru.
