阎魔敌红色尊的修法。 阎魔敌红色尊的修法。 阎魔敌红色尊的修法是：从ཨཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：ཨཾ་）中生起的日轮之上，从ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：ཧཱུཾ་）中自身化为薄伽梵阎魔敌红色尊，右手中的人头湿润呈黄色，举着顶端有金刚杵的白色木杖，左手拿着盛满四魔之血的颅碗置于心间，拥抱着明妃。黄色头发向上竖立，张着嘴露出獠牙，卷着舌头，三只红色圆眼怒目圆睁。于莲花日轮嘿阎魔之座上，以左腿伸展之姿安住，自显现的明妃手持钺刀和颅碗拥抱着。圆满了所有大忿怒尊的特征。其部主为金刚萨埵。 咒语是十字明咒：ཨོཾ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ यमान्तक हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ yamāntaka hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，阎魔敌，吽）。赞颂文是： 诸佛之自性， 诸佛之总集， 诸佛最胜之最胜， 向坛城主尊顶礼赞。 此法本自身、明妃之法器与阎魔之座虽未明示，然实则必要。 阎魔敌红色尊的修法。

The Sadhana of Red Yamantaka. The Sadhana of Red Yamantaka. The Sadhana of Red Yamantaka is as follows: Above the sun disc arising from Aṃ, from Hūṃ, one's self becomes the Bhagavan Red Yamantaka. The right hand holds aloft a white wooden staff with a vajra tip, marked with a moist yellow human head. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with the blood of the four maras at the heart, embracing the consort. Yellow hair stands on end, the mouth is open, fangs bared, tongue curled. Three red, round eyes glare wide. Seated on a lotus, sun, and Yama seat with the left leg extended, embracing the self-arisen consort holding a kartrika and skull cup. Complete with all the characteristics of a great wrathful one. The lord of the family is Vajrasattva. The mantra is the ten-syllable mantra: Oṃ Yamāntaka Hūṃ. The praise is: You are the nature of all Buddhas, The aggregate of all Buddhas, The supreme of all Buddhas, I prostrate and praise the lord of the mandala.
