摄伏三界自在观音之修法。 摄伏三界自在观音之修法。 摄伏三界自在观音之修法是：于莲日之上，由啥 (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：种子字) 生起，自身观想为圣观世音，身红色，略带忿怒且具贪欲之相，三眼睁开，发髻飘垂，右手持铁钩，左手持金刚索，于三有自性二理之索束缚之上，莲日上以金刚跏趺坐姿安住，珍宝与骨饰庄严，裸身或具虎皮，或具绸缎下裙，随所喜好而观想。金刚瑜伽母众赐予灌顶，菩萨众以种种妙饰供养。 持明者、遍入天、自在天、梵天等作种种歌舞乐音，以头鬘与骨饰庄严之种种生灵众，以伞与拂尘等恭敬侍奉之身相。其部主为无量光。 咒语是：吽 啥 阿 (ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨ།，梵文天城体：हुं ह्रीः अः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ aḥ，汉字字面意思：吽 啥 阿)。 摄伏三界自在观音之修法。

The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Who Subdues the Three Realms. The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Who Subdues the Three Realms. The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Who Subdues the Three Realms is as follows: On a lotus and sun disc, from Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，Literal meaning: Seed syllable) arise, visualize yourself as the Noble Avalokiteśvara, with a red-colored body, slightly wrathful and possessing a desirous demeanor, three eyes wide open, locks of hair hanging down. The right hand holds an iron hook, and the left hand holds a vajra lasso. Above the lasso that binds the nature of the three existences in two ways, seated in vajra posture on a lotus and sun disc, adorned with precious jewels and bone ornaments, either naked or with a tiger skin, or with a silk lower garment, visualize as you prefer. Vajra Yoginīs bestow empowerment, and Bodhisattvas make offerings with various exquisite ornaments. Vidyādharas, Vishnu, Shiva, Brahma, and others perform various dances and music, and various beings adorned with skull garlands and bone ornaments, with umbrellas and yak-tail fans, and so forth, pay homage to this form. The Lord of the Family is Amitābha. The mantra is: Hūṃ Hrīḥ Aḥ (ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨ།，梵文天城体：हुं ह्रीः अः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ aḥ，Literal meaning: Hūṃ Hrīḥ Aḥ).
