圣邓纳措度母之修法。 圣邓纳措度母之修法。 圣邓纳措度母之修法是：于莲月之上，从当(ཏཱཾ，tāṃ)字生出乌巴拉花，以当(ཏཱཾ，tāṃ)字为标志。圣救度母为绿色，右手施予胜施印，左手持蓝色乌巴拉花之茎，右足伸展，以半跏趺坐之姿安住。右侧为具光母，黄色，持金刚和无忧树枝。左侧为一髻母，黑色，具忿怒相，持弯刀和颅血。虽然文稿中说主眷三尊形貌相同，但此处按照从其他根本修法中出现的来安排。盟誓部中，两种度母的右手持拂尘，其他与通常一样，也这样做了，应如何合适地结合。部主是不空成就佛。咒语是：嗡 达咧 都达咧 都咧 梭哈(ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱཧཱ།，oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，嗡，救度，速救度，大救度，梭哈。)。 圣邓纳措度母之修法。

The Sadhana of Sengdeng Nagdol is: On a lotus and moon seat, from the syllable Tam (ཏཱཾ，tāṃ) arises an Utpala flower marked with the syllable Tam (ཏཱཾ，tāṃ). The Noble Tara is green, with her right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity, and her left holding the stem of a blue Utpala flower. She sits in a half-lotus posture with her right leg extended. To her right is the Radiant Mother, yellow, holding a vajra and a branch of the Ashoka tree. To her left is Ekajati, black, with a wrathful appearance, holding a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood. Although the manuscript says that the main deity and the retinue of three are identical in appearance, here it is arranged as it appears from other original sadhanas. In the oath section, it is also done that the right hand of the two Taras holds a whisk, and the other is the same as usual, so how should it be combined appropriately.
