白度母主眷三尊修法。 白度母主眷三尊修法。 白度母主眷三尊的修法是：从松（སུཾ）字生出的须弥山顶上，于白莲花月亮座上，从吽（ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，字面意思：吽）字生出自己是白度母，一面三眼四臂，最初两手作乌 উৎপ་ལའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་（梵文天城体：उत्पल मुद्रा，梵文罗马拟音：utpala mudrā，字面意思：乌 উৎপला手印）于心间相合。那是用无名指按住拇指，小指竖起并拢，中指竖起的背后靠着食指。右下（手）作具宝胜施印，左下（手）持乌 উৎপ་ལའི་（梵文天城体：उत्पल，梵文罗马拟音：utpala，字面意思：乌 उत्पला）花穗。右边是具光母，黄色，肉色红润，身着蓝色上衣。右（手）持拂尘，左（手）持无忧树枝。身的左边是绿色大孔雀，右（手）持拂尘，左（手）持孔雀尾羽。部主是无量光佛，或者用五部（佛）全部来作头饰。咒语是：嗡 纳玛 达热 玛诺 哈热 吽 哈热 梭哈（ཨོཾ་ན་མཿཏཱ་རེ་མ་ནོ་ཧ་རེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧ་རེ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ नमः तारे मनो हरे हुं हरे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ namaḥ tāre mano hare hūṃ hare svāhā，字面意思：嗡 敬礼 度母 心 夺 吽 哈热 梭哈）。 白度母主眷三尊修法。

The Sadhana of White Tara, the Main Deity and Retinue of Three, is as follows: On top of Mount Meru, which arises from Sūṃ, on a white lotus moon seat, from Hūṃ, one's self arises as White Tara, with one face, three eyes, and four arms. The first two hands form the Utpala Mudra at the heart, joined together. That is, the ring finger presses the thumb, the little finger is raised and joined, and the index finger leans against the back of the raised middle finger. The lower right (hand) grants supreme giving, complete with jewels. The lower left (hand) holds a Utpala flower spike. To the right is the Light-Rayed Mother, yellow, with reddish flesh and a blue upper garment. The right (hand) holds a fan, the left (hand) holds a branch of the Ashoka tree. To the left of the body is a large green peacock. The right (hand) holds a fan, the left (hand) holds a peacock tail feather.
