圣救度母修法。 圣救度母修法。 此后出现圣救度母的修法。导师金刚芽所造。于莲月上，由当(ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，字面意思：当)生出乌巴拉花，以当(ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，字面意思：当)为标志。自身观想为绿度母，右手施予胜施，左手持蓝色乌巴拉花，双足以金刚跏趺坐或菩萨跏趺坐姿安住。部主为不空成就佛。咒语是：嗡 达热 德达热 德热 阿木嘎 瓦夏 玛纳耶 梭哈(ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཨ་མུ་ཀཾ་ཝ་ཤ་མ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།)。此修法为导师金刚芽所造。此法的旧抄本中说，足的坐姿，站立或坐姿都可以。口诀中说，也可以观想为红色。赞颂是：天与非天之顶髻等。下部的度母修法也以此类推。 圣救度母修法。

On a lotus moon, from TAṂ (ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，literal meaning: TAṂ) arises an Utpala flower, marked by TAṂ (ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताँ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，literal meaning: TAṂ). Visualize oneself as Green Tara, the right hand granting supreme blessings, the left holding a blue Utpala flower, seated in the vajra posture or the bodhisattva posture. The family lord is Amoghasiddhi. The mantra is: Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Amuka Vaśa Manaye Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཨ་མུ་ཀཾ་ཝ་ཤ་མ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།). This sadhana was composed by the master Vajra Nyugu. In the old manuscript of this, it is said that the posture of the feet, whether standing or sitting, is the same. It is said that in the oral instructions, it is also considered to be red.
