The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Riding Hari Hari Hari. The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Riding Hari Hari Hari. The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Riding Hari Hari Hari is as follows: From emptiness, from ཡཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang) arises wind; from རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) arises fire; from པཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: पं, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Pang) arises water; from ལཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: लं, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Lang) arises earth, thus the mandala of the four elements. Above the stacked Mount Merus arising from སུཾ་ (Tibetan, No corresponding Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Sang), from ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) one transforms into oneself, the noble Avalokiteśvara, with a white body, one face, and six arms. The three right hands make the mudra of calling the Buddha as witness, hold a rosary, and make the mudra of showing the path of liberation to sentient beings in the lower realms, like the earth-pressing mudra. The three left hands hold a staff, the skin of a Krishna deer, and a water pot. The wind and fire transform into a white lion, the essence of the god Brahma. The water transforms into a five-colored Garuda, the essence of wrath. The earth and Mount Meru transform into the Great All-Pervading One and the form itself. Seated on the seats of the three great gods. The family lord is Amitabha. The mantra is: ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ ह्रीः स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hrīḥ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Hrih Svaha). This much is sufficient for the self-generation sadhana of the empowerment. When practicing the sadhana, if there are other stages of generation, one should act according to the tantras. Many other earlier and later sadhanas should also be understood in this way. The Sadhana of Avalokiteśvara Riding Hari Hari Hari.
