圣观自在狮吼观音修法。 圣观自在狮吼观音修法。 圣观自在狮吼观音修法是：从班（藏文：པཾ，梵文天城体：paṃ，梵文罗马拟音：pam，汉语字面意思：班）字化生红色莲花之上，从森（藏文：སིཾ，梵文天城体：siṃ，梵文罗马拟音：sim，汉语字面意思：森）字化生白色狮子，具有红色鬃毛，面朝上方。 其后方的月轮垫上，从舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音：hrih，汉语字面意思：舍）字化生自己，圣观自在，自在主，至尊狮吼观音，身色白色，发髻顶端有珍宝顶饰，寂静的三眼，舍弃装饰，具有苦行者的装束，右腿伸展以游戏姿态安坐，右手覆于腿之膝盖上，左手依靠于座垫。身体右侧有三叉戟，白色蛇缠绕其上。左侧有充满芬芳鲜花的颅器，以及莲花茎，花朵直接绽放，并伴有燃烧的宝剑。从身体中化现五方如来。虽未在此修法中说明，但应具有梵天之线，并以红色丝绸或虎皮作为下裙。以黑鹿皮作为坐垫。如同其他仪轨中所述，此处也不相违背。部主为无量光佛。咒语是：嗡 阿 舍 僧哈 纳达 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཧྲཱིཿསིང་ཧ་ནཱ་ད་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：oṃ āḥ hrīḥ siṃha nāda hūṃ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hrih simha nada hum phat，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 舍 僧哈 纳达 吽 啪）。赞颂是：诸佛皆赞叹，殊胜功德基，尊名观世音，恒常慈爱礼赞。 观自在的后续修法，也仅以此赞颂即可。 圣观自在狮吼观音修法。

The Sadhana of Arya Avalokiteshvara, Lord of Power, Simhanada is as follows: From PAM (藏文：པཾ，梵文天城体：paṃ，梵文罗马拟音：pam，汉语字面意思：班) arises a red lotus, and upon it, from SIM (藏文：སིཾ，梵文天城体：siṃ，梵文罗马拟音：sim，汉语字面意思：森) arises a white lion with red mane, its face turned upwards. Behind it, on a moon cushion, from HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音：hrih，汉语字面意思：舍) arises oneself as Arya Avalokiteshvara, Lord of Power, the venerable Simhanada, with a white-colored body. At the top of the hairstyle is a jewel crest. With three peaceful eyes, devoid of ornaments, possessing the demeanor of an ascetic, seated in a playful posture with the right leg extended. The right hand covers the knee of the leg, and the left hand rests on the cushion. On the right side of the body is a trident entwined with a white snake. On the left side is a skull cup filled with fragrant flowers of various kinds, and a lotus stem with flowers blooming directly, marked with a blazing sword. From the body emanate the Five Tathagatas. Although not mentioned in this sadhana, one should have a Brahma thread and wear a lower garment of red silk or tiger skin. A seat made of Krishna deer skin. As it is in some other traditions, it is not contradictory here either. The family lord is Amitabha. The mantra is: OM AH HRIH SIMHA NADA HUM PHAT (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཧྲཱིཿསིང་ཧ་ནཱ་ད་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：oṃ āḥ hrīḥ siṃha nāda hūṃ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hrih simha nada hum phat，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 舍 僧哈 纳达 吽 啪). The praise is: Praised by all Buddhas, the basis of all supreme qualities, named Avalokiteshvara, I constantly bow and praise with love.
