The Sadhana of Manjushri Wisdom Hero Arising from the 'Namasangiti' is as follows: From Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) arises a lotus, from A (藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) arises a moon, upon which is the seed syllable Mu (藏文：མུཿ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：Mu). From red, one transforms into oneself as Manjushri Wisdom Hero, with a reddish-white complexion. The root face is the same as the body, with three faces, the right one blue and the left one white.
