东方是ra(ར་,ra,र,火)字化生具网光佛母。后方是pa(པ་,pa,प,叶)字化生月光佛母。右方是ca(ཙ་,ca,च,行)字化生发髻母。左方是na(ན་,na,न,无)字化生近发髻母。

The practice of the five deities of Arapacana. The practice of the five deities of Arapacana. The two practices of the five deities of Arapacana are combined into one initiation: On a lotus and moon disc, from the letter DHIH (དྷཱིཿ,dhih,धीः,Wisdom) arises oneself as Manjushri, with a white body. The right hand raises a sword of wisdom directly at the shoulder, and the left hand holds the Prajnaparamita scripture at the heart. The legs are in the vajra posture. Wearing a red silk upper garment and lower skirt. At the heart is the letter A (ཨ་,a,अ,Without) which transforms into a white eight-spoked wheel. At the navel and the directional spokes are individual moon cushions. On top of these, in the center, from the letter AH (ཨཱཿ,ah,आः,Ah) arises the noble Manjushri, identical to oneself. In the east, from the letter RA (ར་,ra,र,Fire) arises the Light-netted Mother. In the back, from the letter PA (པ་,pa,प,Leaf) arises the Moonlight Mother. On the right, from the letter CA (ཙ་,ca,च,Conduct) arises the Hair-knotted Mother. On the left, from the letter NA (ན་,na,न,Without) arises the Near Hair-knotted Mother. All the goddesses are perfect with the marks of a goddess, and their body color, hand implements, posture, ornaments, and clothing are the same as the main deity. At the heart of the five deities are their respective seed syllables, and on the four intermediate spokes, clockwise from the southeast, are the four letters NI, TRA, PA, and TSA. The crown ornament is Akshobhya. The mantra is: OM ARA PACANA DHIH (ཨོཾ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ,om a ra pa ca na dhih,ओम् अर प च न धीः,Om A Ra Pa Ca Na Dhih). There are two practices for this, of which the verse form was composed by Mipham Jamyang Namgyal, and the prose form was composed by Padmasambhava. The practice of the five deities of Arapacana.
