弟子献曼扎。祈请三世一切佛，事业成就之导师，赐予我虚空衣者之加持。如是祈请。皈依发心及常忏悔。于前生起，迎请智慧尊者，令其融入。弟子观为本尊，赐予念诵传承。将朵玛置于手中，严厉告诫听命。后同通用仪轨。后行仪轨之初，亦献上安立擦擦力之朵玛。觉沃之弟子众敬献，赐予桑浦瓦，甚喜。为一切护法之精要，如是获得甚稀奇。乃天衣天女之修法品目。出自《修法宝生》，乃宣说吉祥天女修法之时，第二十二品。吉祥！ 吉祥天女修法。
