持螺天女之修法。 持螺天女之修法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 以宗之天女而尊称， 被认为是众生之化身之基。 为了吉祥之母持螺天女， 略书修法。 于罗刹女命修法中，加入念诵即可成就。 于自身前方，从名为光之帐篷中， “地”字完全变化， 出现黄褐色骡子，具有神通风之翅膀。 其上，白色“玛”字完全变化， 出现吉祥天女持螺母，身色白色， 具有寂静与愤怒之相，右持燃烧之水晶宝剑，挥舞于空中， 左手持宝藏之鼬，为修行者降下成就之雨。 黑色头发略微束起又散开， 身披彩虹图案之白色丝绸衣， 吉祥天女瑞玛迪，圆满具备装饰与装束。 从“班杂 萨玛扎”起， 至“东北方之持螺母， 您的头顶发髻”止， 与念诵之间之命修法相同。 其中，于“黑女不悦具神变”处， 加入“寂静天女具神变”之念诵。 念诵之咒语为： 班 卓 嗡 匝巴拉 阿旭给 麦 班 嗡 罗如 罗如 匝巴拉 阿旭玛 班 卓 卓。 如是念诵。 又，若欲生起眷属， 则作： 鳄鱼面容之红色侍女，下身为橛形，牵引骡子。 婆罗门至爱，青色者于一旁诵吉祥语。 狮面黑女，持三尖与朵玛。 外部称作“阿扎玛”。 又，若喜好猛厉母， 则将身色变为黑色，头发变为红黄色，身着黑色丝绸衣。 其后，朵玛咒为： 玛姆 纳姆姆 贝达里。 加入念诵“嗡 希日 德瓦”。 赞颂之时： 吉祥大天女， 龙王皆于足下顶礼， 一切金刚皆为仆役， 具无数龙之仆役， 为一切自在之主母。 至“玛 班”之间，如前供养朵玛。 此之随许为： 于八瓣白色莲花坛城上， 安置白色圆形，以肉酒白三物、甜三物等各种美食充满， 并竖立一个擦擦。 陈设丰盛之供养朵玛。 以自生起为先导。

The Sadhana of the Conch-Bearing Goddess. The Sadhana of the Conch-Bearing Goddess. Om Svasti! She is known as the goddess of the fort, and is said to be the basis of emanation for all. I will write a brief sadhana for the glorious mother, the Conch-Bearing One. It is accomplished by adding recitations to the life-sadhana of Lhamo. From what is called the tent of light in front of oneself, the letter "Ti" completely transforms, appearing as a yellowish-brown mule with miraculous wings of wind. On top of that, the white letter "Ma" completely transforms, appearing as the glorious goddess, the Conch-Bearing Mother, with a white-colored body, having both peaceful and wrathful aspects. Her right hand holds a blazing crystal sword, brandishing it in the sky. Her left hand holds a treasure-bearing mongoose, raining down siddhis upon the practitioner. Her black hair is slightly tied up and loose. She wears a white silk garment with rainbow patterns. The glorious goddess Remati is completely adorned with ornaments and attire. From "Vajra Samaja," to "Conch-Bearing Mother of the northeast direction, the crown of your head," it is the same as the life-sadhana during the recitation. In the place of "Black, unpleasant, with magical powers," add the recitation "Peaceful goddess with magical powers." The mantra for recitation is: Bhyo Jih Om Tsapala Ashug Me Bhyo Om Roru Roru Tsapala Ashug Ma Bhyo Jih Jih. Recite it like that. Also, if you wish to generate the retinue, then: A red servant girl with a crocodile face, her lower body in the shape of a stake, leads the mule. A Brahmin, the best of desires, bluish-green, recites auspicious words from the side. A black lion-faced woman holds a trident and a torma. Outside, she is called "Adrangma." Also, if you prefer a fierce mother, then transform the body color to black, the hair to reddish-yellow, and wear a black silk garment. Then, the torma mantra is: Mamo Namo Betali. Add the recitation "Om Shri Devi." During the praise: The great glorious goddess, all the Naga kings bow at her feet, all the great Ging serve as servants, accompanied by countless Naga servants, she is the chief of all powerful ones. Up to "Ma Bhyo," offer the torma as before. The subsequent permission for this is: On a mandala of an eight-petaled white lotus, place a white circle, filled with the three white things (meat, alcohol, and white offerings), the three sweets, and all kinds of delicious food, and erect a tsakali. Arrange a splendid offering torma. Proceed with self-generation as the preliminary.

As before, perform the elaborate Torma ritual. The disciple offers the mandala. Pray to Vajradhara to remember. And so on, make supplications. Perform the usual confession ritual. Visualize the Torma as a goddess, and the preliminaries up to the invocation are the same as before. Then, bestow the Torma empowerment as usual. Simply give the recitation transmission of the mantra. The subsequent actions are the same as usual. There is also a custom of doing this on foot. However, no subsequent permission is needed.
