ཞལ་བཞི་གདོང་བརྙན་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། ཞལ་བཞི་གདོང་བརྙན་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས། ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི། རབ་འབར་སྟོབས་འཕྲོག་དབང་པོ་ནི། །དྲེགས་པ་བཞི་ལྡན་ལ་བཏུད་ནས། །རབ་འཇིགས་གདོང་བརྙན་ཅན་གྱི་ནི། །སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཁྱད་པར་ཅུང་ཟད་བཤད། །འདི་ཡང་བསྙེན་དུས་ཉིད་ལ་འདོན་པ་སྤོས་པས་ཆོག་སྟེ། དཔལ་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་སྐུ་མདོག་ནག་པོ་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བ། ཁམས་གསུམ་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང་ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་སྡིགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཞལ་བཞི་སྟེ། རྩ་ཞལ་མགོན་པོའི་ཞལ་གཤིན་རྗེ་ལྟར་ཁྲོས་པ། གཡས་ཞལ་ལྷ་ཁྲོས་པ་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་གདོང་དཀར་པོ། གཡོན་ཞལ་སྲིན་པོ་ཁྲོས་པ་མ་ཧེའི་གདོང་དམར་པོ། རྒྱབ་ཞལ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྲོས་པ་སེང་གེའི་གདོང་སྔོན་པོ། ཕྱག་དང་པོ་གཉིས་གྲི་གུག་དང༌། ཐོད་ཁྲག་ཐུགས་ཀར་སྟེང་འོག་ཏུ་འཛིན་པ། གཡས་གཉིས་པ་ན་དབྱུག་ཐོ། གསུམ་པ་ན་དགྲ་སྟ། གཡོན་གཉིས་པས་རང་གི་ སྟོད་གཡོགས་གླང་པོའི་པགས་པའི་རྐང་པ་གཡོན་པ་འཛིན་པ། གསུམ་པས་ཞགས་པ་བསྣམས་པ། རྔམ་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཞབས་ས་ལ་རྡེབ་པ། ཞེས་དང༌། དེའི་གཡས་སུ་གཏུམ་མོ་སྔོན་མོ། གཡས་ཐོད་པ་དང༌། གཡོན་དར་ནག་ཐོགས་པ། གཡོན་དུ་གཡུང་མོ་དམར་མོ་ལུག་གུ་རྒྱུད་དང་ཞགས་པ་འཛིན་པ། མདུན་དུ་སྲིན་མོ་དང༌། རྒྱབ་ཏུ་སིངྒ་གླིང་མ་ནག་མོ་གྲི་ཐོད་འཛིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ། སྙིང་པོའི་སྔགས་ནི། ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀ་ལ་ཀ་ལ་གུ་ཎ་ཧྲི་ད་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཊི་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་པའོ། །ལྷག་མ་གཏོར་ཆོག་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་ཚུལ་དང༌། སློབ་མ་ལ་རྗེས་གནང་བྱེད་ཚུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྙེན་དུས་ཀྱི་སྐབས་ཉིད་ལ་འདོན་པ་སྤོ་བ་ཡིན་ལ། འོན་ཀྱང་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ལས་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ནི་མང་དུ་ཡོད་དོ། །འབུམ་ཕྲག་གསུམ་པའི་མན་ངག་ནི། །ཀུན༵་དུ་གབ་ཅིང་རབ་དག༵འ་བ། །ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱིས་མཛད་གཞུང་གི་དོན། །ཡང་སྙིང༵་ཁྱད་པར་གསལ་པོ༵ར་བརྗོད། །ཞལ་བཞི་གདོང་བརྙན་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ལེ་ཚན་ནོ།། །།མངྒ་ལཾ། ། ཞལ་བཞི་གདོང་བརྙན་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས།

四面具影者的修法。 四面具影者的修法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 猛烈炽燃夺力者， 顶礼四慢具足者。 最极怖畏具影者， 修法差别略述说。 此亦仅于修持时， 移录念诵即可足。 具德大黑天身色黑， 极可怖畏， 能食三界， 且令诸天及非天怖畏之四面： 根本面乃怙主面， 如阎罗般忿怒。 右面天忿怒， 白象之面。 左面罗刹忿怒， 水牛之面红色。 后面国王忿怒， 狮子之面蓝色。 初二之手持钺刀， 及颅血于胸前上下执持。 右第二手持杖， 第三手持敌斧。 左第二手持自身之上衣， 象皮之左足。 第三手持绢索。 以威吓之相， 足踏于地。 如是云云。 其右为黑怒母， 右手持颅器， 左手持黑幡。 左为红拥母， 持羊羔索。 前为罗刹女， 后为僧伽哩女黑身持钺刀颅器。 心咒为：嗡 玛哈嘎拉 嘎拉 ഗുཎ་ཧྲི་ད་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཊི་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། （藏文：ཨོཾ་མཧཱ་ཀ་ལ་ཀ་ལ་གུ་ཎ་ཧྲི་ད་ཨེ་ཀ་ཛ་ཊི་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ महाकाल कल गुण हृद एक जटि हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahākāla kala guṇa hṛda eka jaṭi hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，大黑，黑，功德，心，一，发髻，吽，啪。） 如是。 其余朵玛仪轨受持之法， 及予弟子作随许之法， 一切皆于修持之时移录念诵。 然此法特有之事业法极多也。 十万三之口诀是， 恒时隐秘极欢喜， 龙树所造论之义， 心髓差别极明说。 四面具影者之修法品竟。 善哉！ 四面具影者的修法。

To the one who blazes fiercely and steals power, I prostrate to the one who possesses the four prides. I will briefly explain the special sadhana of the most terrifying Shadow Image. This can be done by simply transferring the recitation from the time of approach. The glorious Great Black One, with a terrifying black body, who consumes the three realms and threatens gods and non-gods, has four faces: The root face is the face of the Protector, wrathful like Yama. The right face is the wrathful god, the white face of an elephant. The left face is the wrathful rakshasa, the red face of a buffalo. The back face is the wrathful king, the blue face of a lion. The first two hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup of blood at the heart, one above the other. The second right hand holds a staff. The third holds an enemy axe. The second left hand holds the left leg of the elephant skin that covers his upper body. The third holds a lasso. He stamps his foot on the ground with a terrifying demeanor. And so on. To his right is the blue Fierce Mother, holding a skull cup in her right hand and a black banner in her left. To his left is the red Embracing Mother, holding a lamb and a lasso. In front is a rakshasi, and behind is the black Singhala woman holding a knife and skull cup. The heart mantra is: Oṃ Mahākāla Kala Guṇa Hṛda Eka Jaṭi Hūṃ Phaṭ. That is it. The remaining methods of practicing the torma offering and bestowing permission to disciples are all transferred and recited during the time of approach. However, this one has many unique activities. The instruction of the three hundred thousand is: Always hidden and very joyful, The meaning of the treatise composed by Nagarjuna, The essence and distinctions are very clearly stated.
