It is said that the smoke offering Torma Mother mentioned in the direct teachings of the tantras is none other than this one. It is fine to practice by mainly generating oneself as the deity, or by only generating the deity in front. Here, if the latter is explained, then the self-generation of any Yidam should precede it. From emptiness, on a lotus, sun, and human corpse seat in front of oneself, from "Om Matha Matha Dushta Hum Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཐ་མ་ཐ་དུཥྚ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ मथ मथ दुष्ट हुं फट्，梵文罗马转写：oṃ matha matha duṣṭa hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, Matha Matha, Wicked One, Hum, Phat)" completely transforms into the black Rolangma, with reddish-yellow hair coiled to the left. The first two hands hold a sword and a skull cup filled with blood, and the lower two hands hold a single-pointed vajra and a khatvanga. With three eyes glaring, bared fangs, adorned with snakes and human heads, wearing a tiger skin loincloth and an upper garment of oxhide, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of Mamos in the midst of a great charnel ground with swirling fire and wind. On the right and left sides of her body, messengers of venomous snakes are scattered. From one's own heart, rays of light emanate. Seal with these. Imagine touching the five places with the mudra of the vajra fist, extending the elbows. Believe that empowerment is bestowed with that mudra. Om Pum Pem Phat Hum Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཕུཾ་ཕེཾ་ཕཊ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ फुं फें फट् हुं स्वाहा，梵文罗马转写：oṃ phuṃ pheṃ phaṭ hūṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, Pum, Pem, Phat, Hum, Svaha). The five-pointed vajra becomes the head ornament. After blessing the offering torma in accordance with the common practice, offer from the offering water to the music as before. Assume the posture of extending the right leg. Extend the right hand and shake the hand drum. The left hand making the threatening gesture is the goddess's samaya mudra. ཨཱུ་ཛ་བྷཀྵ་བྷཀྵ། ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ།（藏文）念诵七遍或二十一遍，供养朵玛，祈祷所愿之事。嗡 穆（藏文）念诵后，智慧尊降临，誓言尊融入自身。如此这般念诵八百万遍后，用山羊皮绘制本尊像，在其面前摆设用黑山羊肉装饰的朵玛，以及血水等供品。在生起本尊之前，左手于心间结期克印，右手握拳置于腰间，念诵吽 吽 吽（藏文）驱除邪魔。其他与前相同。如此这般念诵咒语四百万遍。之后，用黑山羊和黑鸟的血肉进行火供。火供的仪轨与通常的相同，只是用之前的朵玛咒语焚烧血肉时计数。火供四千次。仅凭这些也能成就小事业，如此这般念诵四千万遍，则诅咒之事毫无阻碍地成就，对此毫无怀疑。此处不做随许之事。上师念诵供养朵玛，为弟子的利益而祈祷，这些都要做。此本尊的息增怀诛三事业的修法，要对弟子讲述一遍。之后，观修罗浪玛女神，念诵一遍咒语后，念诵此咒。做近修，做修法，从事事业，彻底降伏恶毒者，如此给予开示。仅凭这些就能成就目的。此本尊的事业，也是勾招怨敌邪魔等。将林伽焚烧于火中，主要依靠火供的事业来成就诅咒。一切之中，最重要的是深信不疑。如续部所说之修法。此乃具足殊胜窍诀之精华，此简略之法亦甚为稀有。此乃出自班智达冈瓦多吉之语，夏迦热克西达之窍诀，罗浪玛女神修法之章节。吉祥增上。 暴怒罗浪玛之修法。

Ū ja bhakṣa bhakṣa. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ svāhā. Offer the torma by reciting this seven or twenty-one times. Pray for the fulfillment of desires. Oṃ muḥ. After reciting this, the wisdom being descends, and the samaya being is absorbed into oneself. After reciting in this manner eight million times, create a painted image on goat skin. In front of it, arrange a torma adorned with the flesh of a black goat, and offerings such as blood water. Before the generation of the deity, make the threatening gesture with the left hand at the heart, and place the right fist at the waist. Drive away obstacles by reciting Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ. The rest is the same as before. Recite the mantra four million times in this manner. Then, perform a fire offering with the flesh and blood of a black goat and a black bird. The fire offering ritual is the same as usual, except that the burning of flesh is counted with the torma mantra from before. Four thousand fire offerings. Even with just that, minor tasks are accomplished, and if you recite forty million times in this manner, then the work of cursing will be accomplished without hindrance, without any doubt. Here, the activity of subsequent permission is not done. The teacher recites the offering torma, and makes prayers for the benefit of the disciples, all of these should be done. The activities of the three tasks of approach, accomplishment, and action of this deity should be explained to the disciple once. After that, meditate on the goddess Rolangma, recite the mantra once, and then repeat this. Do the approach, do the accomplishment, engage in the activity, completely subdue the malicious ones, and give the command in this way. By just that, the purpose is accomplished. The activity of this deity is also to summon enemies and obstacles. Burning the linga in the fire, and mainly relying on the activity of fire offering to accomplish cursing. Among all, the most important is to have deep faith. The method of accomplishment is as stated in the tantra. This is the essence of the supreme secret instruction, and this brief method is also very wonderful.
