胜过太阳之子的方法。 胜过太阳之子的方法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！于何处成就无死之长寿，罪业被夺，降临胜利之加持。胜过太阳之子的方法，略作简述。发起菩提心。于自己面前，观想世尊释迦牟尼佛，作镇地等印契，安住于狮子座上。以供水等供养。名声远扬，声誉极大者，大雄，伟大勇士，救度轮回之苦难者，超越烦恼，我顶礼膜拜。祈请赐予我无死长寿之成就。如是猛烈祈请后，从世尊之顶髻中，出现咒鬘和一百零八个（藏文：བྷྲུཾ，梵文天城体：भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字，全部转化为白色世尊母，右手持多种金刚杵，左手持满盛甘露之钵，以一切饰品庄严。安住于自己头顶上方。观想甘露之流从头顶注入。念诵二十一遍尊胜佛母长咒。世尊母转化为（藏文：བྷྲུཾ，梵文天城体：भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字。念诵一百零八遍（藏文：བྷྲུཾ，梵文天城体：भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字，自己即转化为尊胜佛母。于自己心间，观想阿弥陀佛，于彼心间，多种金刚杵之中心有（藏文：བྷྲུཾ，梵文天城体：भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字），周围以咒语围绕。念诵此短咒，尽力而为：嗡 阿弥利得 阿弥利多德巴威 阿弥利达 比嘎蓝得 阿弥利达 嘎得 阿弥利达 嘎弥尼 阿弥利达 阿雅 达得 嘎嘎那 哥利地 嘎热 萨瓦 哥雷夏 恰雅 嘎日耶 梭哈。 若喜好长咒，则念诵八千遍。若喜好短咒，则念诵四十万遍，即为修持。于每座之末，如前一般，对面前之世尊作供养、赞颂、祈请，然后融入自己心间。最后，将善根回向菩提。此法之传承授予，于能仁之画像前，师徒二人皆作盛大之供养。上师如前所述念诵一遍加持咒语，弟子献曼扎。如阿弥陀佛之修法般祈请。如前所述，讲述一遍观修生起次第之方法。长短咒之念诵传承，如共同仪轨般给予。

The Method of Surpassing the Son of the Sun. The Method of Surpassing the Son of the Sun. Om Swasti! In whom the attainment of immortal life is accomplished, sins are stolen, and the blessings of victory descend. A brief summary of the method of surpassing the son of the sun will be written. Generate the mind of Bodhicitta. In front of oneself, visualize the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, making the earth-pressing mudra of equipoise, seated on a lion throne. Offerings such as argham are made. Famous, with great renown, Great Sage, Great Hero, Savior from the suffering of existence, Transcending afflictions, I prostrate and pay homage. Please grant me the accomplishment of immortal life. After praying intensely in this way, from the crown of the Bhagavan's head, a garland of mantras and one hundred and eight (Tibetan: བྷྲུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) syllables of Bhrum arise. All of these transform into White Bhagavati, the right hand holding a multi-colored vajra, and the left hand holding a begging bowl filled with nectar. She is adorned with all ornaments. She resides directly above one's crown. Think that a stream of nectar is poured from the crown. Recite the long Namgyalma mantra twenty-one times. The Bhagavati transforms into the syllable (Tibetan: བྷྲུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) Bhrum. By reciting one hundred and eight times (Tibetan: བྷྲུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) Bhrum, one transforms into Ushnishavijaya. In one's heart, visualize Amitabha Buddha. In his heart, at the center of a multi-colored vajra, is (Tibetan: བྷྲུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) Bhrum, surrounded by mantras. Recite this short mantra as much as possible: Om Amrite Amritod bhave Amrita Vikrante Amrita Gate Amrita Gamini Amrita Ayur da de Gaga na Kirti Kare Sarva Klesha Kshayam Kariye Svaha. If one prefers the long mantra, recite it eight thousand times. If one prefers the short mantra, recite it four hundred thousand times, which is the approach. At the end of the session, make offerings, praises, and prayers to the Bhagavan in front as before, and then dissolve it into one's heart. Finally, dedicate the merit to Bodhi. For bestowing the transmission of this, in front of a painted image of the Sage, both teacher and student should make extensive offerings. The teacher recites the empowerment mantra once as described above, and the student offers a mandala. Pray as in the Amitabha sadhana. Explain the method of visualizing the generation stage once as described above. The recitation transmission of the long and short mantras is given in accordance with the common practice.
