Concise Sadhana of Vajra Khading. Concise Sadhana of Vajra Khading. Om Swasti! Homage to Vajra Khading, blessed by the Lord of Secrets. I will briefly describe its sadhana. First, perform refuge and bodhicitta, and the self-generation of Vajrapani, then purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, the syllable Hum, the manifestation of one's own mind, along with the sound of "Vajra Vati Garuda," breaks forth in front and completely transforms. From that, a blazing jewel appears, marked with the Hum syllable. From the gathering of that light, it transforms into the King of Khading. Rija Prija Hum! Garuda, with golden wings and a vajra beak. The body is the nature of vajra, blazing with fire. In the left hand, he holds a precious jewel, and in the right, he holds the three heads of a Naga. He has a headdress of jewels, pearls, and gold. Adorned with nine snake heads. Eight Nagas are pressed under his feet. Surrounded by the entire assembly of Khading. Accompanied by the mudra of Khading. Om Supratistha Vajra Dunti Mili Mili Svaha! Recite three times to stabilize. Light radiates from one's own heart. Khading and his retinue Vajra Samaja Jah Hum Bam Hoh. Recite: Om Vajra Vati Garuda Bege Ta Hum Hum Ja Ja Rija Prija Hum Phet! Recite from one thousand to one hundred thousand times each day. At the end of the session, make offerings with argham and so on. From the state of impartial great compassion, with skillful means to subdue the wicked, Manifesting as the activity messenger of Vajrapani. I prostrate to the Sugata Khading assembly. Thus praise. Burn gugul incense. Vajra Muh! Request to depart. Then, during the session break, in front of a Buddha statue, perform the seven-branch offering of prostration and offerings, and take refuge and generate bodhicitta as much as possible. One should abide in pure conduct. Alternatively, this can also be practiced as self-generation, transferring the intention to what was said above. There is no need for empowerment etc. for this, it is sufficient to receive the transmission from oral or textual sources. This is a deity of the activity assembly of the Vajrapani dharani. A teaching of Atisha, as is commonly known in the Kadampa school. Having heard it, I wrote it with joy. Well done!
