The Sadhana of Red Nordrenma. The Sadhana of Red Nordrenma. Om Svasti! Having prostrated to Vajravarahi, Her obedient messenger girl, Known as Red Nordrenma, I will briefly explain the sadhana and അനുഗ്രഹ. The recitation and activities of this are as stated in the old texts. The sadhana related to this അനുഗ്രഹ is: On a mandala of one cubit, smeared with cow dung and fragrant substances, write a triangular Dharma source with sheep's blood. Place offerings inside. In the center, place a bunch of red flowers, and at the edge of the mandala, place twenty-one bunches of red flowers. In front, arrange a torma decorated with meat, the torma smeared with musk blood, and other offerings as usual. First, generate oneself as any form of Varahi, then visualize the bunch of flowers in the center of the mandala instantly transforming into The red goddess Nordrenma, residing on a sun disc in a posture of stretching and contracting. Her right hand holds a jeweled rice stalk, and her left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood. Her yellow hair is standing upright. She gazes at the practitioner with a smile and wrath, pleasing him. She is in her prime, adorned with jewels and bone ornaments. Take one flower from each of the surrounding bunches and offer it to the central deity, reciting one mantra each time. After doing this twenty-one times, add “ཨི་དཾ་བཱ་ལིང་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི། (Tibetan) इदं बालिंगता ख ख खाही खाही (Sanskrit Devanagari) idam balingta kha kha khāhi khāhi (Sanskrit Romanized) This food offering, kha kha khāhi khāhi (Literal Chinese meaning)” to the end of the heart mantra, reciting it seven times, and offer the torma. Offer from the red argham, and add “ཨརྒྷཾ་ན་མཿ (Tibetan) अर्घं नमः (Sanskrit Devanagari) argham namah (Sanskrit Romanized) Offering, homage (Literal Chinese meaning)” to the end of the mantra. Offer other offerings mentally. Reciting the mantra twenty-one times is itself praise. The mantra is: “ཨ་ཡ་བྷི་བྷི། བྷུ་ཊི་བྷུཊྚ། ཀ་མ་རཀྐཾ་མ། སཱ་མ་པཱ་ཏི། སརྦ་ཝི་སི་ཏི། ཀུ་རུ་ཎི་རེ། ག་རུ། (Tibetan) Aya Bhi Bhi, Bhuti Bhutta, Kama Rakkam Ma, Sama Pati, Sarva Visti, Kuru Ni Re, Garu. Replenish the flower bunches of the deity in front, and offer flowers and argham as before. Recite “གཙྪ་གཙྪ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝཱ་ནཾ། (Tibetan) गच्छ गच्छ स्वभावां (Sanskrit Devanagari) gaccha gaccha svabhāvam (Sanskrit Romanized) Go, go, to your own nature (Literal Chinese meaning)”, and visualize returning to the realm of self-nature.
