释迦牟尼佛顶髻之修法。 释迦牟尼佛顶髻之修法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 释迦牟尼佛顶髻。 皈敬彼后，修持此法。 山顶堆砌光芒之王。 身咒修法今书写。 拂晓即起沐浴后，面向东方。 前方虚空中，如来释迦牟尼佛，金色身，于菩提树下结跏趺坐。 左手持袈裟之角于脐间，右手施予救护印。 以阏伽等供养。 以“具殊胜相，无垢月之面”等赞颂。 以手置于顶上，思维赐予不死寿命之成就。 纳摩 巴嘎瓦帝，梅如希希ra 库扎 扎 巴ra 匝亚， 达塔嘎达亚， 阿ra 赫帝 桑雅桑布达亚。 达地雅塔。 嗡 梅如梅如玛哈梅如耶 梭哈！念诵百零八遍。 化光融入自身，自身亦成能仁。 略诵心咒。 将一切清净于空性中，回向善根。 特别着重修持长寿法，日夜尽力念诵。 作为誓言，对此保密。 此法亦有仅以念诵传承即可之说。 若依随许，则如百零八修法。 无论智愚，皆不甚闻名，然因极其深奥，乃信心之所依。 秘密于心中修持之，则寿命将极度绵长。 金刚座之意修六尊中，修持长寿之能仁，乃梅如希希之修法章节。 吉祥增上！ 释迦牟尼佛顶髻之修法。

Crown Jewel of the Teacher Gautama Shakya. Having paid homage to that, the method for accomplishing it. A king of light, a mountain peak piled high. I shall write the method for accomplishing the form and mantra. Immediately upon dawn, having bathed and facing east. In the sky in front, the Thus-Gone-One, Shakyamuni, golden in color, seated in the lotus posture at the root of the Bodhi tree. The left hand holding the hem of the Dharma robe at the navel, the right hand granting refuge. Offer with argham and so forth. Praise with "Possessing supreme marks, a face like the stainless moon." Think that he grants the accomplishment of immortal life by placing his hand on the crown of your head. Namo bhagavate, Meru-shikhara-kuta-prabharajaya, tathagataya, arhate samyaksambuddhaya. Tadyatha. Om Meru Meru Maha Meru ye Svaha! Recite this one hundred and eight times. Dissolving into light, it absorbs into oneself, and oneself also becomes the capable one. Recite a short mantra. Purify into emptiness and dedicate the merit. If one specifically focuses on accomplishing longevity, one should recite day and night as much as possible. As a samaya, keep this secret from others. There is also a tradition that this is sufficient with a recitation transmission. According to the permission, it is like one hundred and eight methods of accomplishment. Though little known to both wise and foolish, it is a place of joy for the mind because it is extremely profound. If one practices it secretly from the heart, then life will become supremely long. From among the six deities of Vajrasana's heart practice, the chapter on the method of accomplishing the capable one, Meru-shikhi, for accomplishing long life. May prosperity increase!
