马头明王成就法略述 马头明王成就法略述 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 种姓真言之王金刚持，顶礼降伏世间怖畏者，马头明王成就之方法，为利修行者略述之。 思维空性之咒义，我皈依三宝。等作一个偈颂。顶上月轮上（有）嗡（种子字，藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），心间日轮上（有）阿（种子字，藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），脐间莲花上（有）吽（种子字，藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。彼等之光净化我及三界之身语意三门。从空性中，于四方之地上，在重叠交错之坛城上，须弥山之顶上，日轮上（有）吽（种子字，藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 拿摩 萨曼达 嘎雅 瓦嘎 चित्त 班杂 喃（藏文：ན་མཿས་མནྟ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲཱ་ཎཱཾ，梵文天城体：नमः समन्त काय वाक् चित्त वज्राणां，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ samanta kāya vāk citta vajrāṇāṃ，汉语字面意思：敬礼，普遍，身，语，意，金刚）。嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，आ，हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽）由此放光。迎请所有佛陀融入吽（种子字，藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。又念诵吽（种子字，藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），从色究竟天迎请马头明王融入，由此自身成为马头明王，红色，极忿怒且具怖畏之身相。 右手高举金刚杵，左手作忿怒印于心间，以金刚杵标帜之杖索。右足蜷曲，左足伸展，镇压自有顶以下之一切邪魔。头顶上有黑色马头。无量光佛为头饰。以干骷髅为头饰，以蛇，骨饰和珍宝为庄严。上齿咬下唇，发出嘿嘿之声。为诸佛所加持，诺尔坚等龙族听令。五色光芒及火焰放射，圆满了忿怒尊之所有装束。于心间观想咒轮明晰，念诵：嗡 阿 吽 诃亚 葛日瓦 班杂 卓达 吽 呼噜 呼噜 吽 啪 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲྀ་ཝ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ，梵文天城体：ओ，आ，हुं，हय ग्रीव वज्र क्रोध हुं हुलु हुलु हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ haya grīva vajra krodha hūṃ hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽 马头 金刚 忿怒 吽 呼噜 呼噜 吽 啪 梭哈）。尽力念诵。结尾回向善根。食子如共同仪轨般加持后，于心咒之后加阿嘎若而供养。此之随许是，与班禅释迦师利之传承及其他传承相同，有作朵玛灌顶之仪轨。名为《马头明王七百法》者，从续中所摄之此成就法，能生一切欢喜，且了悟心要之义，利益极大。班禅释迦师利所传之马头明王成就法之章节。吉祥增长！ 马头明王

A Concise Method of Accomplishing the Glorious Hayagriva A Concise Method of Accomplishing the Glorious Hayagriva Oṃ svasti! Vajradhara, the king of the lineage mantras, I prostrate to the one who terrifies the world. This concise method of accomplishing the glorious Hayagriva, I write for the benefit of practitioners. Contemplate the meaning of the mantra of emptiness. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. Etc., make one shloka. On the moon on the crown of the head (is) Oṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨོཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), on the sun in the heart (is) Āḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨཱཿ，Sanskrit Devanagari: आ，Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), on the lotus in the navel (is) Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). The light from these purifies the body, speech, and mind of myself and the three realms. From the state of emptiness, on the square earth mandala, on top of the overlapping and intersecting dais, on the summit of Mount Meru, on the sun (is) Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Namaḥ samanta kāya vāk citta vajrāṇāṃ (Tibetan: ན་མཿས་མནྟ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲཱ་ཎཱཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः समन्त काय वाक् चित्त वज्राणां，Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ samanta kāya vāk citta vajrāṇāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Homage, universal, body, speech, mind, vajras). Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ，आ，हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum) From this, light radiates. Invite all the Buddhas and they dissolve into Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Again, by reciting Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), invite Hayagriva from Akanishta and he dissolves, from which oneself becomes Hayagriva, red, extremely wrathful and with a terrifying form. The right hand raises a vajra, the left hand makes a threatening gesture at the heart, holding a staff marked with a vajra. The right leg is bent, the left leg is extended, suppressing all obstacles below the peak of existence. On the top of the head is a black horse head. Amitabha adorns the head. Adorned with a dry skull headdress, snakes, bones, and jewels. The upper teeth bite the lower lip, making a hi hi sound. Blessed by all the Buddhas, and the nagas such as Norgay listen to commands. Radiating five-colored rays and flames, the body is completely adorned with all the aspects of a wrathful deity. Visualize the mantra wheel clearly in the heart, and recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Haya Grīva Vajra Krodha Hūṃ Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phat Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲྀ་ཝ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ，आ，हुं，हय ग्रीव वज्र क्रोध हुं हुलु हुलु हुं फट् स्वाहा，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ haya grīva vajra krodha hūṃ hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum Hayagriva Vajra Wrathful Hum Hulu Hulu Hum Phat Svaha). Recite as much as possible. At the end, dedicate the merit. Consecrate the torma as in the common ritual, and offer it by adding Ākaro after the heart mantra. The subsequent permission for this is the same as the lineage from Panchen Shakya Shri and other lineages, and there is a practice of performing a torma empowerment. This accomplishment method, extracted from the tantra called "Hayagriva Seven Hundred," generates all joy and is of great benefit for realizing the meaning of the heart essence.
