圣救度母卡巴利达ra之修法。 圣救度母卡巴利达ra之修法。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 胜义般若波罗蜜，化现天女之身相，满足有情之希望，遣除一切诸障碍，顶礼度母我撰修法。 先发皈依心，自身心间之光，迎请上师本尊降临于前方虚空，班杂萨玛扎！ 以阿刚至夏贝供养。 皈依三宝等，以及四无量心，与共同仪轨相同。 以自性空净化。 于莲花月轮之上，自心藏文“当 (ཏཱཾ་)”字，发出绿色光芒，化为自身圣救度母，身绿蓝色，一面二臂，面带微笑，以辛度ra之红色妙衣束发。 右手施胜印，左手施救护印，并持蓝色乌巴拉花之茎。 以丝绸和珍宝为饰，以平等之姿站立。 背靠繁茂之树。 三处加持，灌顶，增广等，与共同仪轨相同，以不空成就佛为顶严。 心间莲花月轮上，清楚观想种子字及咒鬘。 嗡 达咧 嘟达咧 嘟咧 梭哈。 尽力念诵。 最后，一切外器内情融入自身。 自身也融入“当 (ཏཱཾ་)”字。 彼亦观为空性。 再次，从自身心间发出光芒，迎请前方虚空圣救度母，救脱八难，及其眷属，班杂萨玛扎！ 尽力念诵二十一度母礼赞文。 陈设白色食子，从“班 (བྷྲུཾ་)”字化为珍宝器皿，从“旺 (བཾ་)”字化为食子甘露之海。 以嗡阿吽加持。 十字明咒后加嗡阿吽七遍供养。 作赞颂供养，猛厉祈祷。 圣救度母融入自身顶门。 回向善根。 此法无有随许。 仅为口传引导。 仅可修持至种姓尊之增广仪轨，并令念诵一百零八遍十字明咒。 仅需一次讲述此下之观想，即可成就。 此乃卡巴利达ra之修法。 若欲修持面容转变之度母，则与前者相同，唯有双足跏趺坐为差别。

The Sadhana of the Holy Mother Kāpālitārā. The Sadhana of the Holy Mother Kāpālitārā. Oṃ Svasti! Ultimate Prajñāpāramitā, manifesting as the form of a goddess, fulfilling the hopes of beings, dispelling all obstacles, I prostrate to Tārā and write this sādhana. First, generate refuge and bodhicitta, then with the light from your own heart, invite the guru and yidam to the sky in front of you, Vajra Samāja! Offer with Argham to Shapta. I take refuge in the Three Jewels, etc., and the four immeasurables are in accordance with the common practice. Purify with Svabhāva. On a lotus and moon seat, your own mind is the green syllable Tāṃ, from which emanates light, transforming yourself into the Noble Mother Tārā, green-blue in color, with one face and two arms, smiling. Her hair is bound with a fine cloth of sindhūra color. Her right hand is in the gesture of supreme generosity, and her left hand is in the gesture of refuge, holding the stem of a blue utpala flower. She is adorned with silks and jewels, standing in a posture of equipoise, leaning against a lush tree. Bless the three places, empower, expand, etc., in accordance with the common practice, and crown yourself with Amoghasiddhi. In your heart, on a lotus and moon seat, visualize the seed syllable and mantra garland clearly. Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā. Recite as much as you can. Finally, all vessels and contents dissolve into yourself. You also dissolve into the syllable Tāṃ. Then, contemplate non-duality. Again, with the light from your own heart, invite the Holy Tārā, who protects from the eight fears, along with her retinue, to the sky in front of you, Vajra Samāja! Recite the Twenty-One Praises as much as you can. Arrange a white torma, and from Bhrūṃ, it transforms into a jeweled vessel, and from Vaṃ, the torma becomes an ocean of nectar. Bless it with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer the ten-syllable mantra followed by Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ seven times. Make offerings and praises, and pray earnestly. The Holy Mother dissolves into the crown of your head. Dedicate the merit. There is no subsequent permission for this. It is only a transmission of the practice. Only the visualization up to the expansion of the family lord is allowed, and have them recite the ten-syllable mantra one hundred and eight times each. The visualizations below that, once explained, will accomplish the purpose. This is the sādhana of Kāpālitārā. If you wish to practice Tārā with a changed face, it is the same as the others, except that the feet are in the vajra posture, which is the difference.
