胜乐金刚白尊长寿法 胜乐金刚白尊长寿法 嗡 斯瓦斯谛。大乐嘿汝嘎吉祥尊，与空性瑜伽母相合。对此恭敬顶礼后，略说长寿修法。此修法的差别是，与菩提道次第修法相同，只是自身以六种骨饰和虎皮装饰，明妃以干颅鬘为饰。念诵时，伴随长寿修法的观想。嗡 舍利 哈哈吽吽啪 玛玛阿玉布钦 咕噜 嗡。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧྲིཿཧ་ཧ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ ह्रीः ह ह हुं हुं फट् मम आयुः पुष्टिं कुरु ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ mama āyuḥ puṣṭiṃ kuru oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 舍利 哈哈 吽吽 啪 玛玛 寿命 增长 做 嗡。）尽力念诵。此法在一些古籍中也有双跏趺坐的姿势，可随己意选择。之后，进行宝瓶气。观想自身为单身的父尊，从其心间放出五位手持颅器的天女。将三界的精华汇集于颅器中，从自己的左鼻孔吸入，充满全身。观想诸天女融为一体，与自己拥抱交合而进入。又观想头顶白色卡章嘎，以吽字（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）标示，头朝下。其光芒汇集轮涅的精华。从卡章嘎流经头顶， 进入。在四个脉轮中体验四喜。观想全身充满甘露，具有湿润和温暖的特性。此法的加持是：在坛城上摆设堆叠的宝瓶和颅器。从受戒开始，与胜乐金刚白尊菩提修法相同。正行时，将弟子观想为本尊。给予念诵传承。以与一般本尊灌顶相同的方式，用宝瓶之水进行灌顶，即宝瓶灌顶。依靠颅器，获得延寿的观想。供养内供，即秘密灌顶。依靠卡章嘎，获得观想，即智慧灌顶。让弟子修持实相的见解，以“第四灌顶”之名传达。结尾与一般仪轨相同。长寿修法中最为甚深之精华，对续部意义深信不疑者最为欢喜。若欲取人身之精华，修持此法或类似之法！胜乐金刚白尊长寿修法之记录。 胜乐金刚白尊长寿法

The distinction of this practice method is that it is similar to the Bodhi Path practice, except that oneself is adorned with six bone ornaments and a tiger skin, and the consort wears a garland of dry skulls. During the recitation, accompanied by the visualization of the longevity practice. Oṃ Hrīḥ Ha Ha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Mama Āyuḥ Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Oṃ. Visualize oneself as the solitary father deity, and from his heart emanate five goddesses holding skull cups. Gather the essence of the three realms into the skull cups, and inhale it through one's left nostril, filling the body. Visualize the goddesses merging into one, embracing and uniting with oneself, and entering. Also, visualize a white khaṭvāṅga marked with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) on the crown of the head, pointing downwards. Its light gathers the essence of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. Flowing from the khaṭvāṅga through the crown of the head, entering. Experience the four joys in the four chakras. Visualize the entire body filled with nectar, possessing moist and warm qualities. The blessing of this is: arrange stacked vases and skull cups on the maṇḍala. From taking vows onwards, it is similar to the White Heruka Bodhi practice. In the main part, generate the disciple as the deity. Bestow the recitation transmission. In the same way as general deity empowerment, empower with the water of the vase, which is the vase empowerment. Relying on the skull cup, receive the visualization of prolonging life. Offer the inner offering, which is the secret empowerment. Relying on the khaṭvāṅga, receive the visualization, which is the wisdom empowerment. Allow the disciple to cultivate the view of reality, and communicate it with the name "fourth empowerment." The conclusion is the same as the general ritual. The most profound essence of the longevity practice, most pleasing to those who have great faith in the meaning of the tantra.
