至尊至圣贡噶宁波之长寿祈请文。 至尊至圣贡噶宁波之长寿祈请文。 至尊至圣贡噶宁波之长寿祈请文完毕。嗡 索斯帝 扎雅 遍亚（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति प्र जा भ्यः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti pra jā bhyaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥，众生）。 无边诸佛意之密藏执掌者， 无量众生之眼化现之珍宝， 于诸所有知识之境智广大， 至尊上师莲足永固祈。 令诸众生欢喜正法心要义， 吉祥胜幢百番树立之威严， 事业贤妙众生导师胜， 具德上师莲足永固祈。 大乐行持金刚化身之圣者， 胜者教法命脉正法之法王， 怙主至圣贡噶宁波之足， 于百劫中莲足永固祈。 此三偈颂为受赞者自己所作。 吉祥百族顶髻高耸之上方， 双足吉祥法轮善妙安立后， 于诸有情无数奇妙恒赐予， 祈愿怙主于世永固莲足驻。 诸佛欢喜之自性所成者， 诸法心要吉祥胜利之本体， 善妙功德财富妙果恒赐予， 祈愿怙主于世永固莲足驻。 此二偈颂乃由桑顶寺具名嘉瓦者敬献。 三宝及诸贤圣真实语之威， 护法誓盟海众威力与加持， 法界不变真谛加持力所致， 祈愿化身胜者莲足永固祈。 堪布龙热嘉措敬献。 胜者授记瑜伽行持之示现， 次第化现文殊成就自在主， 此刹土中调伏有情度母之名， 祈愿百劫莲足永固恒安住。 于佛陀教法贡噶之欢喜， 心要教法于十方之中， 轮回涅槃一切之怙主， 祈愿不灭胜幢常执持。 此二偈颂乃由大金刚持拉旺扎巴敬献。 所有时中无病且长寿， 内外违缘障碍悉平息， 世间出世一切诸圆满， 无需勤作任运愿成就。 此亦为受赞者自己所说。

The holder of the secret treasury of the minds of all the Buddhas, The precious one who has become the eye of limitless beings, Whose knowledge is vast in all fields of knowledge, May the lotus feet of the venerable lama remain firm. The essence of the sacred Dharma that delights all beings, The glory of raising the banner of auspicious victory a hundred times, The excellent activity, the supreme guide of beings, May the lotus feet of the glorious lama remain firm. The Vajra emanation who practices great bliss, The life force of the Buddha's teachings, the lord of Dharma, May the feet of the supreme refuge, the venerable Kunga Nyingpo, Remain firm for hundreds of kalpas. These three shlokas were composed by the one being praised. Upon the high crown of the glorious hundred families, Your auspicious wheel-like feet are well-placed, Constantly bestowing countless wonders upon beings, May your lotus feet remain firm until the end of existence. The embodiment of the joy of all the Buddhas, The essence of all Dharmas, the reality of auspicious victory, The giver of the fruit of goodness, virtue, and wealth, May your lotus feet remain firm until the end of existence. These two shlokas were offered by Jamyang from Samding. By the power of the Three Jewels and the truth of the sages, By the power and strength of the oath-bound ocean of Dharma protectors, And by the blessings of the unchanging truth of the Dharmadhatu, May the lotus feet of the supreme emanation remain firm. Offered by Khenchen Lungrik Gyatso. The prophesied manifestation of the victorious ones, practicing yoga, The successive emanations, the lord of accomplished Manjushri, With the name of Tara, intending to tame beings in this realm, I pray that your lotus feet remain firm for hundreds of kalpas. Kunga's joy in the Buddha's teachings, The essence of the teachings in the ten directions, As the glorious protector of all of samsara and nirvana, I pray that you hold the unfading victory banner. These two shlokas were offered by the great Vajradhara Lhawang Drakpa. May you always be free from illness and have a long life, May all inner and outer obstacles and hindrances be pacified, May all the perfections of worldly and transcendental realms, Be accomplished effortlessly and spontaneously.
