Desiring to perform the hand offering, one should definitely gather the two waters, the five sense objects, the inner offering, flowers, torma, bowls, food, damaru, etc. With self-generation preceding, purify the left hand with Svabhava（藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：Self-nature）. From emptiness, in the palm of the hand, a five-petaled lotus arises. On the center and petals are moon cushions. On the middle joints of the fingers and where the nails meet, there is a lotus and moon cushion each. Then, taking from the inner offering with the right ring finger, place a drop on the palm, the joints of the fingers, and where the nails meet, reciting Om Om Hum（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨོཾ་ཧ།） to Om Phat Phat（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ།） once. In the center of the lotus in the palm, Om Bam（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཾ།） red Vajravarahi. On the five petals from the front in a clockwise direction, respectively: Hum Yam（藏文：ཧཾ་ཡོཾ།） blue... up to the nature of Chandika. On the thumb, Om Om Hum（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨོཾ་ཧ།） white Vajrasattva. On the index finger, Om Nama Hi（藏文：ཨོཾ་ན་མ་ཧི་།） yellow Vairochana. On the middle finger, Om Svaha Hum（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱཧཱ་ཧཱུཾ།） red Padma Nartesvara. The earth element of the hand is Buddhalochana, the water element is Mamaki, the fire element is Pandara, the wind element is Tara, and the space element is Padmajala. Again, sprinkle inner offering in the places of all of these, reciting Om Ah Hum（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།） twelve times. At the wrist joints and the back of the palm, in an instant, the mandala of the sixty-two deities of Chakrasamvara is generated. That is, the four-layered wheel mansion, complete with divine seats. On the central seat is Chakrasamvara. From there, up to the skull adorned with a vajra garland, visualize it as a mandala in space. Bless the offerings in front. First, starting with the flowers, take them with the right thumb and ring finger, thinking of offering them to the deities of the mandala. Then, offer from "Clear, stainless, and pleasing" up to the music. Make the mudrās with the right hand. The way to offer the inner offering is the same as offering flowers and food. Offer the secret offering with the mantra of Anurāgaṇa. Play the Ḍāmaru with the right hand and praise with the eight branches.
