The Song of the Yogi Who Possesses These Seven Signs The Song of the Yogi Who Possesses These Seven Signs Namo Guru. From the self-manifestation of the Great Bliss Dharmakaya, The impartial compassionate activities for the benefit of beings arise. I prostrate to the feet of the Father Vajradhara. I pray that you bless this gathering here. This impartial increase in benefiting others is a sign that the mind, emptiness, and compassion have arisen. This realization of the self-nature of reality is a sign that devotion has reached its limit. This never being distracted is a sign that the rootless reality has been realized. This cutting off the stream of discursive thoughts is a sign that the non-conceptual reality has been realized. This uninterrupted experience of bliss and emptiness is a sign that the channels, bindus, and winds have been tamed. This conduct free from attachment is a sign that the red winds of the eight worldly concerns have subsided. This breaking of the hope and fear of wanting to obtain is a sign that one's own mind is certain to be the Buddha. The yogi who possesses these seven signs has taken hold of the ease and joy of the mind. There is no discomfort, there is ease. May there be auspiciousness of ease and joy again! This was spoken by Tāranātha. May the noble master, the emanation of the lotus-bearing one, the powerful speaker with excellent qualities, in the year 1997, for the sake of reviving the teachings in general and especially the Jonangpa's teachings, by the merit of building the inexhaustible Dharma offering of the glorious Dzamthang, the pure Dharma banner of Dzamthang, may all sentient beings who have not been (liberated) have temporary happiness, and ultimately attain the supreme, unsurpassed enlightenment of lasting happiness, may the fundamental space, the Three Jewels, bestow auspiciousness as a close companion for swift attainment. Good! Mangalam! The Song of the Yogi Who Possesses These Seven Signs
