I pray from the depths of my heart, Please bless me at this very moment. Today, all the fortunate men and women of this time, Please listen carefully to my words. In this human body, which is difficult to obtain and easy to destroy, Seek a way to bring forth the essence. From the ocean of suffering samsara, By all means, seek a way to liberation. Since it is the gateway to all dharmas, It is acceptable to give up this life with determination. Since it is the root of the sacred Dharma, Generate renunciation from samsara and bodhicitta, Since it is the essence of practice, Meditate on loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta. Since it is the pinnacle of all dharmas, Rest in the state of emptiness free from extremes. Since the nature is naturally clear, Rest in the state of uncorrected originality. Having destroyed grasping in its own place, Meditate on the meaning of non-fixation. Conceptual thought is a false deception, Maintain a relaxed, unfabricated state. In the face of whatever arises as an external appearance, Rest without attachment to clarity. In the face of the nature of inner awareness, the mind, Tighten the indivisibility of awareness and emptiness. When the mind rests in a state of equanimity, Rest in a spontaneously accomplished, uncorrected state. When subsequent appearances arise unceasingly, Look at the face of whatever arises. Since appearances are naturally pure, Expand the pure appearances greatly. In your own body, the deity form of the Yidam, Take it as a play of appearance and emptiness, illusion. In the self-appearance of the mind's naturally blissful nature, Enhance And spread the root to the ten directions. In the nature of the body's channels, winds, and bindus, Press on the essential points as the guru has said. In whatever ways various experiences arise, A way of maintaining without attachment
