In the sky of the great bliss of the dharmadhatu, the unobstructed play of awareness and wisdom, the stars of knowledge, love, and power shine. In that pure realm, the unchanging body, the mind of great bliss, is known as Vajradhara. It is said to be the lord of the complete mandala. That is not somewhere else, but my one and only root Lama. O Lord, by the grace of your compassion, I too have gained a little stability. In the original, unaltered, natural state, I rejoice in this decisive certainty. In the clear and pure self-appearance of the mind, there is nothing that does not appear. This liberation from the moment of appearance, is it not the yoga of self-liberation? This unwavering recognition of one's own nature, is called the meditation of Shamatha (calm abiding). This severance of the root of not finding one's own nature, is it not Vipassana (insight) wisdom? O Lord, once you know that it is inseparable from your own mind, it is not difficult to meet the Dharmakaya face to face. In the yoga of seeing one's own face, generate unwavering devotion. That I have obtained the leisure and fortune of a human body, that I have generally encountered the Dharma, that I have especially obtained the secret mantra, and even more so, this profound meaning of awareness, is a sign that I have accumulated a little merit in the past. That my mind has turned a little towards the Dharma, that I have been cared for by a qualified Lama, that I have found certainty in the Dharma Sutras and Tantras, and that I have no immediate attachment, hatred, or partiality, wherever I stay, I am happy. In this life, I have abandoned the deception of superficial happiness, I have not accepted the flattery of sweet words, and I have not longed for power, so my mind has always been at ease. The world that pretends to be a Buddhist outwardly, the sweet words hidden inwardly, and ultimately, the altruism that is done for one's own benefit, by abandoning these three, I have gone into the Dharma. This is also the kindness of the glorious Lama. Now I still pray, please grant your blessings, compassionate one! O Lord, by the blessing of your compassion, now
