བདག་འཛིན་དགྲ་བགེགས་བཏུལ་བའི་མགུར། བདག་འཛིན་དགྲ་བགེགས་བཏུལ་བའི་མགུར། ཨོཾ་ཡ་མཱ་རི་དེ་བ་མཎྜ་ལ་ན་མ་སྟུ་བྷྱཾ། བླ་མ་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་པོ་ལ། །གུས་པས་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཐོག་མེད་དུས་ནས་བགེགས་བྱེད་པའི། །ང་བདག་འགོང་པོ་རླག་པར་མཛོད། །དུས་ལ་བབ་པོ་ཐུགས་བརྩེར་མཛོད། །གཏི་མུག་མུན་པས་སྒྲིབས་པས་ན། །སེམས་ནི་འདོད་ཆགས་རྒྱ་མཚོར་ལྷུང༌། །ང་རྒྱལ་རྦ་རླབས་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་གཡེང༌། སེར་སྣའི་མདུད་པས་དམ་དུ་བཅིངས། །ཞེ་སྡང་དྲག་པོ་མེ་ལྟར་འབར། །ཕྲག་དོག་རླུང་གིས་ཕྱོགས་ཀུན་ཁྱེར། །དུས་དང་གནས་སྐབས་འདི་ལྟ་བུར། །གཞན་ནི་སུ་ལ་རམ་མདའ་སྦྲོན། །བདག་ཅག་རང་ཉིད་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིས། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་རྐང་པ་ཐོབ་དུས་ན། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཅི་ཞིག་འཚལ། །ལས་ཀྱི་ཤུགས་ནི་སྟོབས་ལྡན་པ། །རྒྱལ་བས་སྐྱོབ་པར་མི་འཚལ་ན། །ལས་ངན་མེད་པར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ནི། །གང་ན་སུ་ལའང་ཡོད་མིན་པས། །སྐྱབས་གནས་ཀྱིས་ནི་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱ། །གཟིགས་ཤིག་གཟིགས་ཤིག་དུས་ལ་བབ། །ཡལ་ཡོལ་བཏང་སྙོམས་མ་མཛད་པར། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་གཟིགས། །མར་གྱུར་འགྲོ་ལ་གཟིགས་སུ་གསོལ། །བསྐལ་པའི་བར་དུ་དམྱལ་མེ་ཚ་བས་བསྲེགས། །ད་དུང་ལས་ངན་ཆ་ཙམ་མ་ཟད་པར། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུད་མར་ མྱོང་བ་ཡི། །ཕ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས་སུ་གསོལ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་འོད་ཟེར་རེ་རེས་ཀྱང༌། །སེམས་ཅན་གྲངས་མེད་གྲོལ་བར་མཛད་ཅེས་ཐོས། །བདག་འཛིན་གདོན་གྱིས་རླམས་པའི་མ་རྒན་རྣམས། །ད་དུང་འཁོར་བར་འཇོག་གམ་གཟིགས་སུ་གསོལ། །ལྟོ་ཁམ་ཙམ་གྱི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ཕ་མའང་གསོད། །རང་ལ་ཁབ་ཙམ་ཟུག་ཀྱང་མི་བཟོད་ཅིང༌། །གཞན་ལུས་དུམ་བུར་གཏོང་བའི་ཕོད་ཁམ་ཅན། །གཅེས་འཛིན་གདོན་གྱིས་ཁྱེར་རྣམས་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། །རང་ནོར་ཏིལ་འབྲུ་ཙམ་ཡང་སྦྱིན་མི་ཕོད། །གཞན་ནོར་འཕྲོག་ལ་དགའ་བའི་བློ་ཉེས་པོ། །བཟོད་བསྲན་ཆུང་ལ་ཧམ་པ་ཆེ་བ་ཡི། །སྐྱེ་བོ་རྨོངས་པ་འདི་རྣམས་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ནོར་རྫས་འཕྲོག་ལ་དགའ། །འདི་ཕྱི་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཁོ་ནའི་གཡོས། །འདུན་མ་གཏིང་ནས་ཉེས་ཀྱང་སྐྱིད་པོར་འཁྲུལ། །སྙིངས་དུས་སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འཁྲུལ་ཚབས་ལ། །སྐུ་གཟུགས་གླེགས་བམ་བཤིག་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཀྱིས། །རང་གཞན་བསྡེབས་ནས་དམྱལ་བར་འགྲོ་བ་ལ། །ཕོ་གྲུང་མོ་གྲུང་ཡིན་སྙམ་འཁྲུལ་ཚབས་ལ། །སྙིང་མེད་བདག་ཀྱང་སྙིང་རྗེ་གཏིང་ནས་སྐྱེས། ཁ་ཙམ་མཛེས་མཛེས་སྙན་སྙན་མིན་པར་སྐྱེས། །ལས་ངན་དབང་གིས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཡོད་ཚད་མྱོང༌། ། སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྱུང་ཡང་ད་དུང་སྡིག་རང་བསོག །སྤྱང་པོར་རློམ་པའི་གླེན་པ་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །རྩ་བ་བདག་འཛིན་དམ་པས་ལན། །གཞན་ལ་ཐེས་མེད་བསམ་པ་དང༌། །རང་ལ་གཅེས་འཛིན་འགོང་པོ་འདི། །ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་ཚར་ཆོད་ཅིག །མྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དུ་རླག་པར་མཛད། །དེ་རིང་གཏན་གྱི་དགྲ་འདི་ཐུལ། །དེ་རིང་གཏན་གྱི་གདོན་འདི་ཐུལ། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བསྐྱེད་ལ་ད་ལྟ་ཐུལ། །བཏང་སྙོམས་མ་མཛད་ད་ལྟ་ཆོམས།། །།ཞེས་པའང་ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་ཐས་སྨྲས། །བདག་འཛིན་དགྲ་བགེགས་ཐུལ་བར་ཤོག །མངྒལཾ། ། བདག་འཛིན་དགྲ་བགེགས་བཏུལ་བའི་མགུར།

降伏我执魔障之歌 降伏我执魔障之歌 嗡 亚玛热 德瓦 曼扎拉 纳玛斯度贝（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཡ་མཱ་རི་དེ་བ་མཎྜ་ལ་ན་མ་སྟུ་བྷྱཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ यमारिदेव मण्डल नमस्तुभ्यं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ yamārideva maṇḍala namastubhyaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，阎魔敌，天众，坛城，敬礼您）。 顶礼上师阎罗法王，以恭敬之心意顶礼。 从无始以来作祟之，我执鬼怪请您摧毁。 时机已到请您垂爱，因愚痴黑暗所蒙蔽，心已沉溺于贪欲之海。 我慢波涛猛烈摇荡，悭吝的结扣紧紧束缚。 嗔恨猛火如焰般燃烧，嫉妒之风吹向各方。 在如此之时与境地，还能向谁去求助依靠？ 我等自己以精进之力，获得神通之足的时候，还需求您的慈悲做什么呢？ 业力的力量是如此强大，如果连胜者都无法救护，没有恶业就不会有痛苦，既然无论何人皆是如此，那么祈求救护又有何用？ 请垂视，请垂视，时机已到！ 不要漠视置之不理，请垂视痛苦的众生们！ 请垂念曾经为母的众生！ 在劫末的烈火中焚烧，至今恶业尚未耗尽丝毫，相续不断感受痛苦的，父母众生请您慈悲垂视！ 听闻您的每一道慈悲光芒，都能解脱无量无边的众生。 被我执魔所迷的母亲们，还要继续留在轮回中吗？请垂视！ 为了区区一口食物，甚至杀害自己的父母，自己被针刺一下都无法忍受，却有胆量将他众肢解。 被珍爱执着魔所控制的众生真可怜！ 自己的财物连芝麻大小都不舍布施，却喜欢抢夺他人的财物，心怀恶念。 忍耐力小却贪得无厌的，这些愚昧的众生真可怜！ 喜欢盗取三宝的财物，来世今生都只有痛苦相伴。 明明内心深处充满罪恶却还自以为快乐，可怜这些末世众生的颠倒错乱！ 以损毁佛像经书的资财，导致自他一同堕入地狱，还自以为是英雄好汉，真是颠倒错乱！ 即使如我这般无情之人，也从内心深处生起悲悯。 这并非只是口头上的漂亮话，并非只是悦耳的空谈，而是

I prostrate with reverence in mind to the Lama, the King of Death, the Slayer. From beginningless time, the one who creates obstacles, May the demon of self-grasping be destroyed. The time has come, please have compassion. Since the mind is obscured by the darkness of ignorance, It has fallen into the ocean of desire. The waves of pride are violently swaying, Bound tightly by the knot of miserliness. Fierce anger blazes like fire, The wind of jealousy carries in all directions. At such a time and circumstance, Who else can we rely on for help? When we ourselves, through diligence, Obtain the feet of miraculous power, What need is there for your compassion? The force of karma is so powerful, If even the Victorious Ones cannot protect, Without bad karma, there is no suffering, Since it is not present in anyone, What is the use of a refuge? Look, look, the time has come! Do not be indifferent and neglectful, Look upon the suffering sentient beings! Please look upon those who were once our mothers! Burned by the fierce fires of hell for eons, Still, the slightest bit of bad karma is not exhausted, Continuously experiencing suffering upon suffering, Please look with compassion upon these parents! It is said that each ray of your compassion, Liberates countless sentient beings. Those old mothers possessed by the demon of self-grasping, Will they still remain in samsara? Please look! For the sake of a mere mouthful of food, They even kill their parents, Unable to bear even a needle prick themselves, Yet capable of tearing apart the bodies of others. Those carried away by the demon of cherishing, how pitiful! They cannot bear to give away even a sesame seed of their own wealth, Yet they delight in stealing the wealth of others, with evil minds. With little patience and great greed, These ignorant beings, how pitiful! They delight in stealing the wealth of the Three Jewels, In this life and the next, they are driven only by suffering. They are deeply mistaken, yet they think they are happy, How terrible is the delusion of these beings in degenerate times! With the wealth of destroying images and scriptures, They go to hell together, self and others, How terrible is the delusion of thinking they are heroes! Even I, who am without heart, deeply generate compassion. This is not just beautiful words, not just pleasant talk, but

Alas! Due to the power of negative karma, all sufferings are experienced. Even though suffering arises, still, evil is accumulated. The fool who boasts of being clever is truly pitiable. Thus, the root of all faults is due to strong self-grasping. Generosity without stinginess towards others, and this demon of cherishing oneself, destroy it right now! May it be quickly destroyed! Today, conquer this eternal enemy. Today, conquer this eternal demon. Generate diligence and conquer it now. Do not be indifferent, cut it off now. Thus spoke Tāranātha. May the enemy and obstacle of self-grasping be conquered! Mangalam! A song of conquering the enemy and obstacle of self-grasping.
