Instructions to Lady Kunga Trinley Wangmo. Instructions to Lady Kunga Trinley Wangmo. By the grace of our holy Lama, all external happiness and suffering, attachment and hatred, high and low, are equally tasted in the realm of inner Dharma. Rather than relying on resting the mind, in the secluded place of Yagong Snow Mountain, both body and mind have been exhausted. Although there is a desire for practice in the heart, from the past until now, it has been carried away by the demon of distraction. From the self-nature of accumulated karma in the past, the leader of abandoning the next life has emerged. Who has blocked the corners of immediate attachment and hatred? It has fallen into licentiousness mixed with sin. Now, do not blame the deeds of the past. May all faithful ones not fall into the abyss. I pray that the practice of combining practice and accomplishment will be quickly achieved. If one's words and actions are inconsistent, how can one instruct others? Because you have a very pure intention, I speak in the manner of inner words. A solitary retreat away from one's homeland, food that is not mixed with wealth, and practice that is not mixed with sin—these three are extremely rare, but now they are gathered together. The worldly household that is difficult to abandon, the wealth and land that are difficult to overcome, and the relationships with enemies and friends that are difficult to sever—these three are rivers that obstruct the path to liberation. Is it not by the grace of the Three Jewels and the father Lama that these are naturally liberated? Now that I think about it, this is the peak of lasting happiness, and the beginning is the highest point of aspiration. From beginningless samsara until today, how much wealth have you accumulated? Although you have strived to conquer enemies and protect friends, apart from your own labor, all that you have done has lost its meaning. People, enemies, and friends are impermanent, like guests at a marketplace, temporary relationships. Why create the wheel of attachment and hatred? In a pleasant meditation room, the body enjoys unwavering peace and happiness, and the mind rests without worry. Even Indra probably does not have such an opportunity. The phenomena of all sentient beings in the world are either the suffering of the three lower realms or the changes of rise and fall in the higher realms. There is no opportunity for even a little happiness. Those arrogant people who are considered powerful are busy day and night, and their minds have no peace, and they are deceived by others.

Tashi (Good Fortune)! This is the instruction to Lacham (Lady) Kunga Trinley Wangmo.
