顶礼法王仁波切帕隆巴！ 顶礼法王仁波切帕隆巴！ ༈ 凡所显现皆为平等自性之妙用，犹如虚空般无有偏颇。 凡所生起皆无需造作，安住于任运自成之中。 无有束缚的自心，此广阔无垠之心胸何其宽广！ 某些被囚禁之人，通过巨大的努力和苦行， 从牢狱中获得解脱之时，便能获得无需勤作的自然安乐。 最初需要努力之时，无论如何努力都伴随着过失。 一旦了知无需努力，所有的过失都将成为功德。 此乃对以往串习的修持，仅作提醒而说。 吉祥！善哉！ 顶礼法王仁波切帕隆巴！

Whatever arises, there is no need to fabricate it, Rest in the spontaneously accomplished. The mind itself, without constraints, This vast expanse is so immense! Some people who have been imprisoned, Through great effort and hardship, When they are liberated from prison, They attain natural bliss without effort. When effort is needed at first, No matter how hard you try, it is mixed with faults. Once you know there is no need for effort, All faults become virtues.
