གྲགས་པ་བཟང་པོ་ལའོ། ། གྲགས་པ་བཟང་པོ་ལའོ། ། ༈ ཨོཾ་སཱ་སྟི། བླ་མ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བདེ་སྡུག་ཆགས་སྡང་གི་རྣམ་རྟོག་དེ། །རང་སེམས་གསལ་སྟོང་ལས་གཞན་དུ་མེད། བློ་བདེ་དང་མི་བདེ་འཆར་སྒོ་ཀུན། །གང་ཤར་ལ་བཟོ་བཅོས་མི་འཚལ་ཞིང༌། །རང་ངོ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག །དབྱིངས་རིག་དབྱེར་མེད་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ། །དུས་ད་ལྟ་ཆོས་སྐུའི་ཡོ་ལངས་ཡིན། །འཕོ་ན་ཆོས་སྐུའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་འཕོ། །བླ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་གྱི། །ཐུགས་ཡིད་དང་རང་སེམས་བསྲེས་ལ་ཞོག །བླ་མ་དང་རང་སེམས་དབྱེར་མེད་ལ། །བཟོ་བཅོས་མེད་པས་ངོ་ཤེས་འཚལ། །ངེད་བླ་མ་སྐྱེ་མེད་དུ་ངོ་ཤེས་འཚལ། ཁྱེད་རང་སེམས་ཆོས་སྐུར་རྟོགས་ནས་འོང༌། །མོས་གུས་འདུན་པའི་རྒྱབ་རྟེན་གཅེས། །ཡར་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་སུ་འཕོ་འདུན་མཛོད། །ཟན་ལྷག་གི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་མི་ཆེ་ཞིང༌། །གདམས་ངག་གི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་མི་མང་བས། །ཚིག་འདི་བཞིན་ཐུགས་ལ་ནན་ཏན་མཛོད། །བུ་གྲགས་བཟང་གི་བློ་ལ་དེ་ལྟར་ཞོག། །།མངྒལཾ། ། གྲགས་པ་བཟང་པོ་ལའོ། །

扎巴桑布拉喔！ 扎巴桑布拉喔！ 嗡 萨谛。顶礼上师！乐苦贪嗔之分别念，并非自心光明空性之外。舒心与不悦之生起处，无论显现何者皆不需改造，以自识而安住于平等。法界智慧无别之化身，此时乃法身之苏醒。若迁转则迁转于法界之中。上师 佛 珍宝之，心意与自心融合而安住。上师与自心无别处，以无造作而求认识。我等上师于无生中求认识。汝自心于法身中证悟而生起。珍爱信心渴望之依靠。向上师之心迁转而希求。非食子残余之方式而盛大，非诀窍之方式而众多，此语如是于心中铭记。儿子扎巴桑布之心如是安住。吉祥！ 扎巴桑布拉喔！

Drakpa Zangpo la o! Drakpa Zangpo la o! Om Sati. Homage to the Lama! The discriminations of happiness and suffering, attachment and aversion, are none other than one's own mind, clear and empty. All sources of comfort and discomfort, whatever arises, should not be altered, but remain equally with self-recognition. The emanation body, inseparable from the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, is now the awakening of the Dharmakaya. If transferring, transfer into the Dharmadhatu. The mind and heart of the Lama, Buddha, Jewel, blend and rest in your own mind. In the inseparability of the Lama and one's own mind, seek recognition without fabrication. Seek recognition of our Lama in the unborn. May your own mind arise from realizing the Dharmakaya. Cherish the support of faith and longing. Aspire to transfer upwards into the Lama's heart. Not great in the manner of leftover torma, not many in the manner of instructions, keep these words firmly in your heart. Let the mind of the son Drakpa Zangpo abide thus. Mangalam! Drakpa Zangpo la o!
