ཚིགས་བཅད་བཅུ་གཉིས། ཚིགས་བཅད་བཅུ་གཉིས། ༈ ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི། ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་བ་ནི། །མི་ལུས་ཤིང་རྟ་ལ་ཞོན་ནས། །ཐར་པའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་འཇུག་འདོད་པས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་འབད་པས་བརྩོན་པར་རིགས། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དཔུང་དང་བྲལ་བ་རྣམས། ། བར་ཆད་ཆོམ་པོས་བཅོམ་ཞིང་བརླག །འཁོར་བའི་ཟམ་སྟེགས་དལ་འབྱོར་འདི། །འཆི་བདག་ཆུ་བོས་མ་ཁྱེར་བ། །དེ་སྲིད་འབད་པ་ཅིས་མི་རྩོམ། །འབུམ་ཕྲག་དཔུང་གི་རྡུལ་ཚུབ་ཅན། །བང་མཛོད་སྟོང་ཕྲག་མང་འབྱོར་ཞིང༌། །ནད་མེད་དྲེགས་ལྡན་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡང༌། །མི་བཟད་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཁར་ཆུད་ན། །དཔའ་བོའི་དམག་གིས་མི་ཕན་ཞིང༌། །གཡོག་དང་ནོར་གྱིས་མི་བཟློག་ལ། །གཟུགས་དང་ལང་ཚོས་བསླུ་བར་འགྱུར། །ཤིན་ཏུ་གཅེས་ཤིང་ཕངས་པ་དག །ཅིས་ཀྱང་མ་ཕན་འདས་གྱུར་ན། །སེམས་ནི་ཟུག་རྔུས་འཇོམས་འགྱུར་གྱི། །བདག་ལ་ཕན་པ་གང་ཡང་མེད། །འགྲོ་བ་དྲུག་པོ་འདི་དག་ཏུ། །བྱིས་པ་སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་འཁུམས། །བུམ་པར་སྦྲང་བུ་འཁོར་བ་དང༌། །མཚུངས་ཞེས་ཉི་མའི་གཉེན་གྱི་གསུངས། །ནམ་ཡང་འཁོར་བ་བདེ་མེད་པས། །དེ་ལས་ངེས་པར་ཐར་འདོད་ན། །དངོས་པོར་འཛིན་པ་བཟློག་པའི་ཕྱིར། །ཡང་དག་དོན་ལ་གནས་པར་འཚལ། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །འཁོར་བ་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པ་ནས། །ད་ལྟའི་བར་གྱི་མི་དགེ་བ། །སྟོབས་བཞིའི་སྒོ་ནས་བཤགས་སྡམས་འཚལ། །གཞན་གྱི་ཆོས་ལྡན་བྱ་བ་གང༌། །མཐོང་ཐོས་ཀུན་ལ་ཡི་རང་ན། །དེ་ལས་རང་ལ་དགེ་བ་ནི། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །བདག་ཉིད་ང་ རྒྱལ་མི་འཚལ་ཞིང༌། །གཞན་གྱི་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ལ་མི་སྡང༌། །ངན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་བརྙས་མི་བགྱིད། །མཆོད་དང་སྦྱིན་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བཏང༌། །སློབ་དཔོན་གང་ལ་མཉེས་འགྱུར་བ། །དེ་ཡིས་བཀུར་བསྟི་མཆོད་པ་བྱ། །དགེ་བ་གང་བྱས་སེམས་ཅན་དང༌། །ལྷན་ཅིག་སངས་རྒྱས་རྒྱུ་རུ་བསྔོ། །ཆོས་ཚུལ་མུ་མཐའ་མ་མཆིས་པས། །མཐའ་དག་སུ་ཞིག་བརྗོད་པར་བྱེད། །གང་ལས་ཐབས་མཁས་ཐོབ་འགྱུར་བ། །དེ་འདྲ་བདག་གིས་བརྗོད་པ་ལགས། །ཞེས་པ་ཚིག་བཅད་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་སྟེ། །ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་ཐས་གཏམ་དུ་བརྗོད་པའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ། ། ཚིགས་བཅད་བཅུ་གཉིས།

十二颂。 十二颂。 ༈ 嗡 索悉底（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。 极其难得者，乃是： 获得人身乘坐于车乘之上， 欲入解脱之城， 故应极其努力而精进。 远离精进之士， 为障碍盗贼所摧毁而灭亡。 轮回之桥梁此闲暇， 未为死主之水所夺走， 在此之前为何不努力？ 百万雄兵之尘土飞扬， 千仓万库之丰饶， 无病骄慢之国王， 亦落入可怖阎罗之口， 勇士之军队无益处， 仆役与财富亦无法阻挡， 容貌与青春亦将欺骗。 极其珍爱与怜惜者， 无论如何也无益而逝去， 心将为痛苦所摧毁， 对我而言毫无益处。 此六道众生中， 孩童各自的生命缩短， 如同瓶中之蜜蜂旋转， 如是日之亲友所说。 轮回何时亦无安乐， 故欲从此必定解脱， 为遣除执着于事物， 故应安住于真实义。 忏悔一切罪业， 从无始轮回以来， 直至如今的不善业， 以四力之门忏悔与防护。 他人任何具法之事业， 凡所见闻皆随喜， 由此自身之善根， 将获得极其广大。 自身莫要傲慢， 莫嫉妒他人之圆满， 莫轻蔑恶劣者， 广大布施供养。 令上师欢喜者， 以彼恭敬供养， 凡所作之善根， 与众生一同回向于成佛之因。 佛法之理无有边际， 一切谁能述说？ 从何获得善巧方便， 如是吾已述说。 如是十二颂完毕， 塔拉纳塔所说。 芒嘎拉姆（藏文：མངྒ་ལཾ།）。 十二颂。

Twelve Verses. Twelve Verses. ༈ Oṃ Svasti. What is extremely difficult to obtain is: Having obtained a human body and riding on a chariot, Desiring to enter the city of liberation, Therefore, one should strive with great effort. Those who are separated from the army of diligence, Are destroyed and ruined by the thieves of obstacles. This leisure of the bridge of samsara, Not taken away by the water of the Lord of Death, Why not strive before that? The dust of a million soldiers flies, Thousands of storehouses are abundant, Even a king who is healthy and arrogant, Falls into the mouth of the terrible Yama, The army of heroes is of no benefit, Servants and wealth cannot be turned back, Appearance and youth will deceive. Those who are extremely cherished and pitied, No matter what, they are of no benefit and pass away, The mind will be destroyed by pain, There is no benefit to me. In these six realms of beings, The lives of individual children are shortened, Like bees spinning in a bottle, So said the friend of the sun. Samsara is never without happiness, Therefore, if you want to be liberated from it, In order to reverse the clinging to things, Therefore, one should abide in the true meaning. Confess all sins, From beginningless samsara, Until now, the non-virtuous deeds, Confess and protect through the door of the four powers. Whatever virtuous deeds of others, Rejoice in all that is seen and heard, From this, one's own merit, Will be greatly obtained. Do not be arrogant yourself, Do not be jealous of the perfection of others, Do not despise the wicked, Give vast offerings and generosity. Whoever pleases the teacher, With that, respect and offer, Whatever good deeds are done, Together with all sentient beings, dedicate it as a cause for enlightenment. The principles of Dharma are endless, Who can describe everything? From what skillful means are obtained, Such I have described. Thus the twelve verses are completed, Spoken by Tāranātha. Mangalam.
