对拉堆巴隆的一些瑜伽士的教诲。 对拉堆巴隆的一些瑜伽士的教诲。 那摩咕噜（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Guru，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 上师）。 向唯一的父亲却嘉波喇嘛，时时不断地祈祷。 请将我师徒的心转向佛法，加持证悟心如虚空。 如今时机成熟，因缘具足，与具格上师相遇，获得甚深九次第窍诀之际，务必不要虚度。 对于血肉组成的身体，执常的念头不可靠，不要拖延行善，立即付诸实践。 对于没有体验过的空谈者，口头上拿着空性的棍棒，有陷入黑法的危险，因果报应的细致非常重要。 虔诚的渴望永不间断，努力祈祷上师，但也不要执着于真实，因为上师并非在自心之外。 因为不认识自己的本性，所以在轮回中漂泊，无伪的慈悲非常重要。 被虚假的错觉所欺骗，所有的苦乐都视为如梦一般。 这个平凡的自心，无需修饰，即是法身。无论生起什么念头，都要像水和波浪一样理解。 无论行为粗细如何，都不要虚伪地掩盖，与佛法相符最为重要，违背佛法的修行者都是骗子。 修行要持续不断，无所作为、无所事事非常重要，这也要用不造作的觉知来把握，如果陷入黑暗，那就太可惜了。 果，即自心成佛，从根本上就是空性的道路，不要落入希望和恐惧的悬崖，需要确定的智慧和定解。 无论显现什么，对于法身，都没有分别执着，但以纯真的清净显现来保持自己的状态，请抓住上师的传承。 这是嘉 Kham Pa 达热纳塔所说，是对拉堆巴隆的一些瑜伽士的教诲。

Instructions to Some Yogis of Lato Palung. Instructions to Some Yogis of Lato Palung. Namo Guru. To the one father, Chok Gyalpo Lama, I pray constantly without interruption. Please turn the minds of my disciples to the Dharma, and bless us to realize the mind as vast as the sky. Now that the time is ripe, all conditions are met, and we have met a qualified master and received the profound nine-fold instructions, we must not waste this opportunity. Do not rely on the thought of permanence for the body composed of flesh and blood. Do not postpone virtuous deeds, but put them into practice immediately. For those who are empty talkers without experience, carrying the stick of emptiness on their mouths, there is a danger of falling into black magic. The details of karma are very important. Devotion and longing should be constant. Be diligent in praying to the lama, but do not cling to it as real, for the lama is not separate from your own mind. Because you do not know your own nature, you wander in samsara. Unfeigned compassion is very important. Deceived by false illusions, view all happiness and suffering as like a dream. This ordinary mind of your own is the Dharmakaya without the need for fabrication. Whatever thoughts arise, understand them like water and waves. Whatever the behavior, coarse or fine, do not try to hide it with hypocrisy. It is most important that it is in accordance with the Dharma. Meditators who contradict the Dharma are frauds. Meditation should be continuous, and being without action or effort is very important. This should be maintained with effortless mindfulness. If you remain in darkness, it is a pity. The result, this Buddha of your own mind, is empty from the beginning, and you must not fall into the abyss of hope and fear. You need definite knowledge and certainty of wisdom. Whatever appears, there is no partiality or distinction in the Dharmakaya, but maintain your own state with pure, genuine appearance. Please hold the lineage of the lama.
