对具信心的弟子尼玛南杰的教诲 对具信心的弟子尼玛南杰的教诲 那摩咕噜贝（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）：顶礼上师！ 顶礼父亲金刚持！ 在此说三句衷心话： 此生的显现犹如彩虹， 不应追逐它。 此显现乃自心之作用， 不应执着于差别。 若觉性未生起无执， 修行再好亦有变假的危险。 若未紧紧抓住自心， 恐会耗尽于无意义之事。 若未全心投入自身利益， 将被看似利他的事物所迷惑。 除了今生，人身极难再得。 一旦转生三恶道， 便无任何修持正法的机会。 如今若造下一个恶业， 犹如为地狱打下一块基石。 来世有益的善行， 以及修行的痕迹，皆在此生。 罪恶和过失如雨般降临， 若能如此思维，则应精进于佛法。 衰老的痛苦亦将迅速到来。 一旦生病或遭遇不悦之事， 被痛苦折磨的意识， 难以步入佛法之路， 故应在快乐之时精进于佛法。 暂且看看我们的人生， 国家地区的兴衰， 上师导师的处境， 同修道友的变迁， 父母亲友的境况等等， 一切皆在展示无常的本性。 刹那、年月、日夜， 无常的导师们， 都在我们身边， 带来厌离之心。 无论如何，此生的所有作为， 终将舍弃。 若舍弃世俗之事，则应精进修行。 身体无常，血肉之躯终将衰败。 即使是百般呵护的身体， 最终亦将化为一堆白骨。 自己悭吝积攒的财富， 最终也将被他人获得和瓜分。 如今的衣食丰足， 犹如谷壳和一口饭。 身体强壮、力量充沛， 当无常死亡降临时， 财富、权势、享乐皆将抛弃， 再次堕入三恶道。 总之，无常是世间万物的普遍规律。 思及此，应精进于佛法。 慈爱与悲心无

Here, I speak three heartfelt words: The appearances of this life are like a rainbow, Do not chase after them. These appearances are the activity of one's own mind, Do not cling to them as separate. If awareness does not arise without attachment, Even the best meditation is in danger of becoming false. If you do not firmly grasp your own mind, There is a danger of wasting time on meaningless activities. If you do not wholeheartedly focus on your own benefit, You will be deceived by seemingly altruistic things. Except for this time, obtaining a human body Again and again is extremely difficult. Once born in the three lower realms, There is not even one opportunity for the sacred Dharma. If you plant one bad seed now, It is like making one foundation stone for hell. The virtue that benefits the future, And the traces of practice, are here in this life. Sins and transgressions fall like rain, If you think in this way, then strive in the Dharma. The suffering of old age will also come quickly. Once sickness and unpleasantness occur, That consciousness tormented by suffering, It is difficult to embark on the path of Dharma, Therefore, strive in the Dharma from a happy time. For a while, look at our lives, The rise and fall of countries and regions, The situation of the Guru and teacher, The changes of fellow practitioners and friends, The circumstances of parents, relatives, and enemies, etc., All show the nature of impermanence. In every moment, year, month, and day, The teachers who show impermanence, Are all around us, Bringing about a sense of renunciation. No matter what, all the activities of this life, Will eventually be abandoned. If you abandon worldly affairs, then strive in practice. The body is impermanent, the flesh and bones will decay. Even this body that is cherished so much, Will eventually become a pile of bones. The wealth that you have accumulated with miserly effort, Will eventually be obtained and divided by others. Even the abundance of food and clothing now, Is like a husk and a mouthful of food. A strong body and abundant strength, When the uncertain death occurs, All wealth, power, and enjoyment will be abandoned, And you will be seen wandering in the three lower realms again.
