Offered to the Ruler. Offered to the Ruler. Oṃ Svasti. I prostrate to the victorious one with eyes! If one strives on the right path, what difficulty is there in attaining nirvāṇa and liberation? Possessing pure views and results, this very one, in due order, spontaneously accomplishes extraordinary miracles. The great treasure of wisdom greatly increases, supreme one, you are the chief of beings' welfare. Thus, with the victorious one and the Dharma, having properly followed the right path, listen well to the well-spoken words. The words of the holy are difficult to find. For the wise, possessions are not wealth, but whoever practices well, that is the supreme treasure. Possessing wealth and kingship will be repeatedly obtained, but guiding with good customs and reason is a broad path. Here, faith is the supreme of treasures at the beginning. The six recollections are fully endowed. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, sees reality as it is, having conquered the four māras, he has realized all dharmas. Endowed with clairvoyance, miracles, and feet, he has abandoned suffering. He has understood saṃsāra and its causes in his heart. Whatever afflictions are practiced, he subdues them. He encourages the lazy and establishes them on the right path. He subdues the difficult to tame and abandons the unruly. He is the teacher of the śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas, and the protector of all the worlds including the gods. I remember the qualities of great compassion. Likewise, three times during the day and three times at night, one should recollect the Buddha, the son of Gautama. He will be well-rested and well-awakened. The guide, the son of Śuddhodana, spoke thus. By severing the stains of attachment and hatred, hearing and so forth are virtuous in the beginning, middle, and end. Whatever noble eightfold path is possessed, it is a true praise to the three bodhis. Cessation is the object of individual self-awareness. The scriptures are unerring, easy to understand, and for individuals, the guide is without faults, with meaning and words. This is the holy Dharma, worthy of praise. Therefore, one should respectfully study the Dharma, cutting off the words of others and fame. Although one speaks well with the main intention, those wander like distant relatives in the world. The sangha harmoniously enters the three trainings, and because they possess the three trainings, they are worthy of reverence, offerings, and generosity. Even if one is not noble and has heard little, but possesses proper conduct, all three realms should revere and make offerings. Without stinginess, continuous, and other, from generosity without discrimination of the worthy recipient, enjoy

Wherever complete enjoyment is obtained, Practice especially by remembering the merit of giving. Abandon the defilement of broken morality, and the causes of immorality, And keep a great distance from the four causes. Rely on antidotes such as ugliness, Rely on the thought of nirvana, which is the best of discipline. Superior to the conduct of one's own kind, Think of the bodies and enjoyments of the gods in the desire and form realms, And the qualities of happiness such as meditation. The cause of that is only virtue, One should truly contemplate the fruit of virtue. First, generate joy and desire, Then faith and belief will arise. Faith is the foundation of all qualities, The best of mothers who gives birth to all noble dharmas. The rain of nectar that produces fruits and crops, The dam against sinful actions is sacred. One should train in the three aspects of discipline. Do not commit the ten non-virtuous paths, and do not strive to commit them. Rejoice, abandon, do not praise, do not envy, Likewise, apply it to doing good deeds as well. Practice everything for the benefit of all beings. Abandon deceiving those worthy of offerings, causing regret in inappropriate places, Abandon slandering the bodhisattvas and deceiving sentient beings. Strive to protect and confess transgressions. Higher realms The source of nectar is discipline, The best staircase for entering the city of liberation. The wheel that cuts off the suffering of the lower realms, The path of happiness is discipline without arrogance. Not harsh to the ears of those who desire liberation, Not causing laziness in the lazy. The words from the scriptures praised by the noble ones, It is appropriate to listen as the Buddha said. Hearing is the medicine that dispels the darkness of ignorance, The stream of the sacred Dharma flows without interruption. The iron hook of love for beings, After hearing, practicing becomes a great benefit. Make offerings to those who have discipline, are noble, and are kind, Make offerings to those who are suffering and worthy of respect. Give what is good, abundant, and has all the necessities, Give without being late, without mixing with sin. Taking life and wealth to make offerings to those worthy of offerings, Abandon the current evil political system. Although one is happy to give and the discipline is very rough, But quickly meet the noble ones and enter liberation. By obtaining patience, one can also give up the body, Giving increases one's own merit, Benefits
