观视自心本性！ 心性本自不生，空性即是法身； 不灭光明澄澈，所显皆是化身； 无住双运大乐，即是圆满报身。 我已执持无二智慧之手印， 解脱轮回束缚之封印。 从伟大的双运明灯中， 自然解脱，而非由他力，此乃法身。 二障自然清净，远离一切能所执； 念想、心识及轮涅诸法皆已止息； 所有智慧与功德，皆已于自性中圆满具足； 超越思言分别，自生之佛陀。 甚深窍诀指示中阴， 断除生死、梦境与有中阴。 无所观视，即是无见之最胜见。 自明，光明空性，无分别，离遮蔽。 大乐法界智慧清净， 观视自性无别三身自然显现。 对于未能证悟的有身众生，在中阴三态中： 生起次第，幻身，光明融入法身。 地水火风次第融入， 八十种念头止息，三种显相消逝； 白红黑三种心识汇聚于莲花之中； 光明母子无别融合， 证得法身佛果，此乃上等根器。 若未能证悟，则为三风所缚； 中等根器如鱼入水般转为报身； 五脉五气，三毒业力所致； 因贪嗔二毒而入胎； 具足五种融合，四种手印道用； 往昔修习者可于中阴自然解脱； 下等根器则于贪嗔解脱后获得化身； 此诀窍能辨识一切障碍与魔扰。 六根本脉与三十九支脉， 以金刚身之瑜伽要诀击中要害； 一切行止皆转为积累资粮； 若能次第不乱地修持， 则于四座间生起三种喜乐； 上降甘露，下固不变， 脉结次第解开，转为中脉； 二万一千六百条脉， 气与烦恼止息，转为智慧； 二十四处圣地及近处， 乃至普利玛拉充满证悟； 显现化身与报身等， 获得神通与百千俱胝功德； 此时次第证悟诸地道， 终将获得金刚持果位。 十三世单传以印封印， 此乃一切经续之精华； 为令具缘者解脱，以秘密之义； 如是说，智慧之。

Look upon the nature of your own mind! The nature of mind is unborn, emptiness is the Dharmakaya (法身, Dharmakāya, dharmakāya, body of the law); Unceasing, clear, and radiant, whatever arises is the Nirmanakaya (化身, Nirmāṇakāya, nirmāṇakāya, body of manifestation); Non-abiding, united, great bliss is the Sambhogakaya (报身, Sambhogakāya, sambhogakāya, body of enjoyment). I hold the non-dual wisdom hand; The seal that liberates the bonds of samsara (轮回, Saṃsāra, saṃsāra, cycle of existence). From the great lamp of union, Self-liberation, not by others, is the Dharmakaya. Two obscurations naturally purified, free from all grasping; Thoughts, consciousness, and all phenomena of samsara and nirvana (涅槃, Nirvāṇa, nirvāṇa, cessation of suffering) are exhausted; All wisdom and qualities are perfectly complete within oneself; Beyond thought and expression, the self-born Buddha. Profound instructions reveal the Bardo (中阴, Bardo, bardo, intermediate state); Cutting off birth, death, dreams, and the Bardo of existence. Without looking, it is the supreme seeing of the unseen. Self-awareness, clear emptiness, non-conceptual, free from obscurations. Great bliss, Dharmadhatu (法界, Dharmadhātu, dharmadhātu, the realm of truth), wisdom purified, Behold the natural arising of the inseparable three bodies. For embodied beings who have not realized, in the three states of Bardo: Generation stage, illusory body, light merges into the Dharmakaya. Earth, water, fire, and wind gradually dissolve, Eighty thoughts cease, three appearances vanish; White, red, and black minds gather within the lotus; The mother and child lights merge inseparably, Enlightenment in the Dharmakaya, the highest faculty. If not realized, bound by the three winds; The intermediate becomes the Sambhogakaya like a fish in water; Five channels, five lights, the power of the three poisons; Due to attachment and aversion, entering the womb; Possessing five blends, four Mudras (手印, Mudrā, mudrā, seal) of the path; Those with prior practice naturally liberate in the Bardo; The lowest attain the Nirmanakaya after freeing from attachment and aversion; This instruction identifies all obstacles and demonic disturbances. Six root channels and thirty-nine branch channels, Strike the vital points of the Vajra (金刚, Vajra, vajra, diamond/thunderbolt) body's yoga; Transform all actions into accumulation of merit; If practiced in the correct order, Three joys arise in four moments; Descending nectar, unchanging, stabilizing below, Channel knots gradually dissolve, transforming into the central channel; Twenty-one thousand six hundred channels, Winds and afflictions cease, transforming into wisdom; Twenty-four sacred sites and nearby places, Even Pulima and Maro are filled with realization; Manifesting the Nirmanakaya and Sambhogakaya, Obtaining hundreds of thousands of millions of clairvoyance and qualities; At this time, gradually traverse the Bhumis (地, Bhūmi, bhūmi, stages) and paths, Ultimately attaining the state of Vajradhara (金刚持, Vajradhara, vajradhara, diamond holder).
