ཁམས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །སྨོན་ལམ་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཟབ་མོའི་ལྡེའུ་མིག་གིས། །ལེགས་པར་ཕྱེས་འདི་ཀུན་ལ་འདོད་དགུའི་གཏེར། །ཞེས་པ་འདིའང་རྗེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཟབ་གཏེར་གྱི་ཟུར་རྒྱན་དུ་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་བབ་ལས་འདི་ལྟར་བྲིས་ཞེས། གཏེར་སྟོན་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བཀས་གནང་བ་དང་། བསྐུལ་མ་ནན་གྱིས་མཛད་པར་གཟའ་ཚེས་དགེ་བའི་ཆར་ཟླ་བཟང་སྤྲུལ་མིང་པས་འོག་མིན་ཀརྨའི་གདན་ས་ནས་བྲིས་ནས་ཕུལ་བ་ཤུ་བྷཾ།། །།

从界（khams）中生起，以甚深缘起愿文的钥匙，开启这所有希求的宝藏。’ 此乃掘藏师（gter ston）秋吉多杰（chos rgyal rdo rje）所赐之语，作为上师您甚深伏藏的饰边，依缘起之势而书写。 应秋吉多杰之命，并受其恳切劝请，于吉祥日，善月化身者以‘月’为名，从邬金噶玛巴（o rgyan karma pa）之座书写并敬献。吉祥！吉祥！

‘Arising from the realm (khams), with the key of profound aspiration prayers of dependent origination, may this perfectly open treasure of all desires be for all.’ This was granted by the treasure revealer (gter ston) Chos rgyal rdo rje, and written in this way from the momentum of dependent origination as an adornment to the profound treasure of the master himself. By the command of the treasure revealer Chos rgyal rdo rje, and with his earnest encouragement, on an auspicious day, the one named Zla ba bzang sprul (incarnation of the good moon) wrote and offered this from the seat of O rgyan Karma pa.
