Sentient beings of various kinds, Residing in trees, caves, and other places, To these and those, offer the Torma, With food, meat, wine, and radishes complete, Rice, fried rice, and many fruits, May you be pleased by this offering, Pacify the thought of harm and malice, And generate a mind of benefit, Towards us all from this day forward. Adorned with ornaments and practicing Dharma, Tamed, gentle, and truly upholding vows, practicing celibacy. Abandoning harm to all beings, That is a Bhikshu, that is a practitioner, and that is a Brahmin. Without weapons, without any fear, Respecting life, cherishing all beings. Taking one's own body as an example, Do not harm others. Om! Whether great or small, That which manifestly harms the body, May that disease be driven away, May the demons return to their own abodes. Thus, as I am able, Having made offerings and reverence, Having abided in the vows, Grant my wishes to be fulfilled. Always abiding in the vows, For all sentient beings here, May all diseases be thoroughly pacified, May the demons return to their own places. Thus it is said. Perform the giving of Dharma as before, Sarva Bighnam Gaccha Sa - May all obstacles be removed, and all those who hold malicious and harsh minds, may they not remain here, depart quickly! If you do not leave, the wisdom vajra of the wrathful one, with blazing flames, will shatter your heads into a hundred pieces! Om Sumbhani(藏文:ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་ནི་,梵文天城体:ओंसुम्भानि,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sumbhani,汉语字面意思:嗡,降伏) etc., the four Hum mantras, drive them away with fierce musical sounds, and discard the Tormas in a clean place in order. Furthermore, whichever beings have come here, whether dwelling on the earth or residing in the sky, may they always cherish beings and practice Dharma day and night. Thus, make aspirations. This ritual of the three parts of the Torma, collected from various early Nyingma texts and the Torma rituals of the Great Accomplishment Gathering of the Sugatas, etc., without conflicting with the later traditions, was composed by Shakya's lay practitioner, Rigpa Dzinpa Gyurme Dorje. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
